【摘要】:自新中国成立的六十多年以来,不论是我国的保险业,还是社会服务能力,都在经济社会高速发展的背景之下进入了新时期。就保险行业来看,该行业的发展规模在不断壮大,其基础实力也在不断增强,其对于国计民生的重要性也有了明显的提高。但与发达国家相比仍然有一定的差距。随着我国保险市场的逐渐放开,保险业得到了长足的发展,但保费收入占GDP的比重仍然过低,保险业发展依然不够充分。近年来,我国一大批中小保险公司进入市场并快速成长,成为保险市场体系中的重要组成部分,就我国的市场现状而言,保险市场已经呈现出了垄断色彩,中小型企业所占的市场份额尤为少。创新的动力强、机制活、阻力小是中小型保险公司的发展优势。作为典型代表的安邦保险集团公司在解决保险代理人引进考核以及如何搭建多元化产品、销售平台,如何通过制度创新、产品创新、销售创新的战略措施,在大型保险集团垄断市场的前提下,打造自己的特色,实现人才驱动、产品驱动的发展思路,创立公司品牌,在保险业争得一席之地,是本文研究的重点。本文首先是搜集国内外关于企业战略管理的研究文献和资料,形成自己的研究思路,主要用于企业战略的研究理论与实践意义和国内外研究综述。其次,根据国内外保险行业的发展以及保险业多名学者研究成果,提出国内中小型保险企业未来发展需要解决的核心问题以及战略驱动。安邦保险集团在从成立到现在,子公司的不断设立以及资本的不断扩张给集团公司的发展创造了前所未有的平台,但作为一家中小型保险企业,在人才引进、客户资源以及市场品牌上还存在一定的劣势,想要实现公司的可持续健康发展,销售人员的队伍建设、制度的管理以及公司的经营思路及行为是集团公司未来发展的核心竞争力之一。通过推进独立个人代理人制度、深化多元化销售,提高安邦保险集团在激烈的市场竞争中的适应能力,打造公司的核心竞争力。本文的研究,为其他同类企业的发展提供一定的帮助,从而帮助我国保险行业的发展趋于健康化。
[Abstract]:Since the founding of New China for more than 60 years, both the insurance industry and the social service capacity of our country have entered a new period under the background of rapid economic and social development. As far as the insurance industry is concerned, the scale of its development is growing, its basic strength is also increasing, and its importance to the national economy and people's livelihood has been obviously improved. However, compared with the developed countries, there is still a certain gap. With the gradual liberalization of the insurance market in China, the insurance industry has developed rapidly, but the proportion of premium income to GDP is still too low, and the development of insurance industry is still insufficient. In recent years, a large number of small and medium-sized insurance companies in China have entered the market and grown rapidly, which has become an important part of the insurance market system. As far as the market situation in our country is concerned, the insurance market has taken on a monopoly color. Small and medium-sized enterprises account for a particularly small market share. The motive force of innovation is strong, mechanism is alive, resistance is small is the development advantage of medium and small insurance company. As a typical representative of Anbang Insurance Group, Anbang Insurance Group Company is solving the problems of insurance agent's introduction and assessment, how to set up diversified products, sales platform, how to innovate through system, product innovation and sales innovation. Under the premise of monopolizing the market of large insurance group, it is the focal point of this paper to create its own characteristics, to realize the development thinking of talent driving and product driving, to establish the brand of the company and to win a place in the insurance industry. The first part of this paper is to collect the domestic and foreign research literature and materials on enterprise strategic management, form its own research ideas, mainly for the theoretical and practical significance of enterprise strategy research and domestic and foreign research review. Secondly, according to the development of the insurance industry at home and abroad and the research results of many scholars in the insurance industry, the paper puts forward the core problems and strategic drivers for the future development of domestic small and medium-sized insurance enterprises. Anbang Insurance Group has created an unprecedented platform for the development of Anbang Insurance Group from its establishment to the present, the constant establishment of its subsidiaries and the constant expansion of capital. But as a small and medium-sized insurance enterprise, it has brought in talents. There are still some disadvantages in customer resources and market brands. In order to achieve the sustainable and healthy development of the company, the construction of sales force is necessary. The management of the system and the management thought and behavior of the group company are one of the core competitiveness in the future development of the group company. By promoting the independent personal agent system, deepening diversified sales, improving the adaptability of Anbang Insurance Group in the fierce market competition, and creating the core competitiveness of the company. The research in this paper provides some help for the development of other similar enterprises and helps the development of insurance industry in our country tend to be healthy.
