【摘要】:全球生产网络的出现为获取资源,提高资源配置效率,实现产业结构优化和产业效率提升提供了平台。随着全球网络化经济的快速发展,积极探讨网络资源、网络权力对产业升级的影响,无论是对全球生产网络还是对于其中新兴经济体企业的生存和发展都具有重要意义。获取和整合何种资源形成网络权力,如何利用网络权力推动产业升级是新兴市场国家及其企业亟待解决的现实问题。在继承国内外已有研究基础上,本研究采用基于扎根理论的探索性案例研究方法,探究网络资源和网络权力的构成及其对产业升级的影响机理。通过量表选择、问卷设计和数据收集,运用结构方程模型拟合网络资源、网络权力和产业升级之间的作用关系,分析网络资源、网络权力对产业升级的静态作用;依据网络资源、网络权力的维度构成和静态影响规律构建系统动力学模型并进行仿真,分析网络资源、网络权力与产业升级动态作用。得到如下研究结论:(1)构建了网络资源、网络权力与产业升级理论模型,明确了三者作用机理在归纳网络资源、网络权力和产业升级已有研究基础上,通过基于扎根理论的探索性案例分析,构建网络资源、网络权力与产业升级理论模型。探析了网络资源作为网络权力和产业升级前置性因素的诱导作用。提出了网络权力在网络资源作用于产业升级过程中的中介作用。理论模型的构建解析了网络资源、网络权力与产业升级的作用关系,明确了三者作用机理。(2)网络权力在网络资源作用于产业升级过程中发挥中介作用。深入探寻影响产业升级的资源和权力因素及其路径传导机制。明确网络资源、网络权力和产业升级作用机理基础上,提出可供实证的概念模型及相关假设。利用问卷数据对样本进行统计分析,对网络权力中介作用假设进行了实证检验。研究表明,网络权力不同维度对于网络资源影响产业升级的中介作用存在差异。制度权力和知识权力在节点资源影响产业升级的过程中发挥部分中介作用;结构权力和制度权力在结构资源影响产业升级过程中发挥部分中介作用;关系资源完全通过制度权力固化从而推动产业升级。研究结果充分证明并解释了网络资源通过网络权力传导至产业升级,同时发现网络规模在网络资源影响网络权力的过程中发挥显著调节作用。(3)网络资源基础上的网络权力与产业升级具有动态演化作用。产业升级系统具有高阶、非线性等复杂系统的特征,是一个复杂的社会经济系统。人才增长率、利润率和技术淘汰率主要通过网络权力的知识权力和制度权力作用于产品升级,生产高利润产品、淘汰低技术含量产品是产品升级的重要途径。人才增长率、利润率和技术淘汰率通过知识权力作用于工艺升级,对高端技术掌控是工艺升级的主要体现;人才增长率、利润率和技术淘汰率通过结构权力作用于功能升级,企业在全球生产网络中的链接关系的改变可以帮助其向高端价值链攀升,提升营销、研发等功能。人才增长率、利润率和技术淘汰率通过认同权力作用于链升级,随着认同积累,在开拓全新价值链过程具有优势。此外,在构建产业升级系统动力学模型基础上,对河北省钢铁产业进行仿真分析。综上,网络资源是驱动产业升级的基础要素,沿网络权力形成的过程传递,经过对资源的整合和配置,最终作用于产品升级、工艺升级、功能升级和链升级的变化。
