【摘要】：湖南省农村经济增长主要由传统农业支持。在湖南的农村地区,基础设施的建设,增加建筑的规模,城市化进程等技术并不完美,经济增长的模式呈粗放型增长,管理风格落后,因此,从现实国情出发,考虑到环境容量、经济可持续发展的因素,战略性新兴产业是湖南省农村地区发展和培育明智的选择。但是在湖南农村发展战略性新兴产业的发展,因为工作时间不长,与国家的需求相比仍然有有很大的差距,还存在者一些不足,一些问题亟待解决。如系统不完善,关键项目少,工业机制僵硬等等。本文主要研究了湖南农村可持续发展战略新兴战略产业的问题和对策。本文关注湖南农村的具体情况,研究该地区在实现产业升级过程中遇到新兴战略产业的可持续发展。如何进行农村产业升级的研究,研究解决问题的农业、农村和农民有一定的现实意义。本文分为四个部分：第一章,引言部分。主要介绍本论文选题的研究背景、目的与意义,指出论文的研究内容框架和研究方法。第二章,相关理论综述。主要对战略性新兴产业、战略产业的内涵、理论研究的新兴产业,总结国内外战略性新兴产业。第三章,湖南省农村战略新兴产业的现状和特点。主要分析了湖南省农村的基本情况以及湖南省战略性新兴产业取得的成就和存在的问题,对发展战略性新兴产业的重要性在湖南省农村地区,是提高农业国际竞争力的唯一途径,是农村产业结构调整的重要引擎,是战略性新兴产业将改善民生,提高资源的利用效率。第四章,湖南省农村战略性新兴产业的发展计划。湖南农村发展理念和发展战略性新兴产业的规划原则,湖南农村的发展战略新兴产业应该是战略定位、技术创新、低碳环保,如集群发展特点;湖南农村规划战略性新兴产业重点产业生物医药科技产业,生物育种产业、行业、微生物行业。第五章,湖南省农村发展战略性新兴产业的对策与建议。主要介绍了湖南省农村战略新兴产业政策和法规保障体系,组织和管理制度、文化、教育和社会监督体系、融资和投资保障体系和安全系统的实现方法和技术。
[Abstract]:Hunan rural economic growth is mainly supported by traditional agriculture. In Hunan rural areas, infrastructure construction, increase the scale of construction, urbanization and other technologies are not perfect. The pattern of economic growth is extensive growth, and the management style is backward. Therefore, considering the environmental capacity and the factors of sustainable economic development, we should proceed from the reality of the national conditions. Strategic emerging industries are a wise choice for the development and cultivation of rural areas in Hunan Province, but the development of strategic emerging industries in rural areas of Hunan Province is not long. Compared with the needs of the country, there is still a big gap, there are still some shortcomings, some problems need to be solved, such as the system is not perfect, few key projects. This paper mainly studies the problems and countermeasures of Hunan rural sustainable development strategy emerging strategic industries. This paper focuses on the specific situation of Hunan rural areas. This paper studies the sustainable development of emerging strategic industries in the process of industrial upgrading in the region. How to carry out the rural industrial upgrading research, research and solve the problem of agriculture. This paper is divided into four parts: chapter one, introduction. It mainly introduces the research background, purpose and significance of this thesis. The paper points out the research content framework and research methods. Chapter 2, related theoretical review. This paper mainly analyzes the basic situation of Hunan Province's rural areas and the achievements and problems of Hunan's strategic emerging industries. The importance of developing strategic emerging industries in rural areas of Hunan Province is the only way to improve the international competitiveness of agriculture, an important engine for the adjustment of rural industrial structure, and a strategic emerging industry will improve people's livelihood.
