【摘要】：塞尔维亚是中东欧地区矿产资源开发程度较低的国家,采矿业发展意愿强烈,目前是各国矿业企业前往塞尔维亚投资的好时机。本文以矿业及相关产业为切入点,综合分析了塞尔维亚的政治经济状况、投资政策、基础设施和矿业发展现状,结合塞尔维亚发展诉求及未来发展规划,为相关企业在塞尔维亚投资提供建议:矿产资源开发合作以锂矿和煤炭为重点;发电站建设以水电站建设为优先选择项目。文章最后指出中塞合作应充分考虑中塞互补性,发挥技术和资金优势,实现合作共赢。
[Abstract]:Serbia is a country with low level of exploitation of mineral resources in Central and Eastern Europe, and has a strong willingness to develop the mining industry. Now is a good time for mining enterprises from all over the world to invest in Serbia. This paper comprehensively analyzes the political and economic situation and investment policy of Serbia from the perspective of mining industry and related industries. The present situation of infrastructure and mining development, combined with Serbia's development demands and future development plans, provides advice for related enterprises to invest in Serbia: mineral resources development cooperation focuses on lithium ore and coal; The paper points out that the cooperation between China and Serbia should take full account of the complementarities of China and Serbia, give full play to the advantages of technology and capital, and realize the win-win cooperation.
