【摘要】：当前农业产业在大多数地区经济发展中依然是最根本的基础产业,而农业主导产业是农业产业系统中的核心部分,农业主导产业的选择在对整个区域的农业乃至于全产业的经济增长和产业结构调整中具有导向、推动作用和重要意义。近年来,丹东地区的农业产业已经形成了一定规模。但同时,丹东地区由于农业产业数目多且分散,并没有形成主打的农业产业,基于此现象,本文采用了规范分析与实证分析相结合,定性分析与定量分析相结合的研究方法,在结合国内外相关研究的基础上,对丹东地区农业主导产业进行选择,得到以下结论:(1)丹东地区农业主导产业选择应当以产业专业集中度标准、产业关联标准、产业比较优势标准、产业技术进步标准、市场标准以及可持续标准这六项为选择标准。(2)以产业产值比重、产业增长值关系度、区位商、产业单位面积产值增加率、产业产值增加率五个相应指标来建立主导产业的选择体系。(3)产业排名呈现产业产值比重、产业增长值关系度、区位商、产业单位面积产值增加率、产业产值增加率的值越大,排名越靠前的基本规律。(4)现阶段丹东地区应选择板栗、稻谷、玉米、药材种植及海水贝类、海水鱼类养殖业作为农业主导产业进行发展。根据农业主导产业选择的结果,结合当地发展现状,对丹东地区农业主导产业的发展提出了几点主要建议:(1)实现技术创新,打造人才高地,创新驱动主导产业的发展。(2)促使农业主导产业产业化,将其丰富的特色农业资源优势转化为农业现代化发展能力。(3)充分发挥政府作用,引导、促进主导产业的发展。(4)产业带动产业,将农业主导产业进行产业关联,形成产业链。(5)根据主导产业组建专业招商队伍,开展专题招商。
[Abstract]:The current agricultural industry in economic development in most areas is still the most fundamental and basic industries, agricultural leading industry is the core part of the system of agricultural industrialization in agriculture, the choice of the leading industries in the whole area of agriculture and the whole industry's economic growth and industrial structure adjustment has a guiding role in the whole, and the important significance in recent years. To the agricultural industry in Dandong has formed a certain scale. But at the same time, Dandong area due to agricultural industry number and scattered, and did not form the main agricultural industry, based on this phenomenon, this paper adopts the analysis specification analysis and empirical research method of combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, on the basis of the related research at home and abroad, the selection of agricultural leading industries in Dandong area, we get the following conclusions: (1) the Dandong area agricultural leading industry selection should be based on professional industry The concentration of standard, industry association standard, industry standard standard comparative advantage, industry technical progress, market standard and sustainable standard these six selection criteria. (2) the proportion of industrial output value, industrial growth relationship, business location, industrial output value per unit area increase rate, selection system of industry output value increase in the rate of five corresponding index to establish the leading industry. (3) the industry rankings showed industrial output value proportion, industrial growth value, business location, industry output value per unit area increase rate, the increase rate of industrial output value is greater, ranking the basic rules before. (4) the present stage Dandong area should choose chestnut, rice, corn, planting and seawater shellfish, sea fish farming industry as the leading agricultural industry development. According to the selection of leading agriculture industry results, combined with the current development of the local area of Dandong agricultural leading industry development and puts forward some The main recommendations: (1) the realization of technological innovation, build talent Heights, innovation driven development leading industry. (2) the dominant industry of agriculture industrialization, the rich features of agricultural resource advantage into the development of agricultural modernization. (3) give full play to the role of government guidance, to promote the development of leading industry.
