【摘要】：我国高技术产业产能过剩靠传统的需求侧治理难以解决问题,以高技术产业产能利用率和供给侧影响因素为主要研究对象,利用2002-2014年数据,通过数据包络法测度发现,我国高技术产业存在产能过剩且呈现结构性和体制性过剩特征,其中医药制造业、航空航天器制造业和医疗设备及仪器仪表制造业产能利用率较低,电子及通信设备制造业和计算机及办公设备制造业产能利用率较高。进一步地,从供给侧视角分析资本、创新、土地、劳动力对产能利用率的影响机制并构建面板数据模型加以验证。结果证实,资金、土地、劳动力对高技术产业产能利用率影响为负,创新对产能利用率影响为正,高技术产业产能利用率受供给侧因素影响显著。
[Abstract]:The capacity of China's high tech industry overcapacity by the traditional demand side governance is difficult to solve the problem, with high technology industry capacity utilization and supply side factors as the main research object, using 2002-2014 data, through data envelopment analysis measure, China's high technology industry has overcapacity and present structural and institutional characteristics of excess. The medicine manufacturing industry, aerospace industry and medical equipment and instruments manufacturing industry manufacturing capacity utilization rate is low, high utilization of electronic and communication equipment manufacturing and computer and office equipment manufacturing capacity. Further, the analysis of capital, innovation, land from the supply side perspective, the labor capacity utilization rate and influence mechanism to construct a panel data model is verified. The results confirmed that the capital, land, labor force of the high technology industry capacity utilization effect is negative, affect the rate of capacity utilization for the innovation of It is true that the productivity utilization ratio of high technology industry is greatly influenced by the factors of supply side.
