攀枝花煤业集团低碳产业发展战略研究

【摘要】：随着“黄金十年”的结束,煤炭行业进入了持续低迷期,煤价下跌,产能过剩,传统煤炭企业举步维艰。攀枝花煤业集团公司(以下简称“攀煤公司”)作为国家在“大三线”建设中为攀枝花钢铁基地配套建设的国有大型煤炭企业,经营模式、地理位置、自然环境等各方面都有独特之处,也曾经有过辉煌的时期。攀煤公司仅依靠国家去产能及相关配套政策不足以彻底摆脱经营困境,扭转企业的不利局面。因此,攀煤公司结合自身特点,提出了不与“煤”沾边的产业发展战略,其中低碳产业发展战略是最为重要的组成部分。该产业发展战略旨在企业实现多产业发展、提高盈利能力的同时,也对攀枝花宝鼎矿区乃至整个攀枝花市的环境保护做出国有企业应有的贡献。本文分为三大部分共6章,其中1-2章为第一部分,主要是对低碳经济、低碳产业发展战略的理论研究,提出实施低碳产业发展战略的可行性和必要性;3-5章为第二部分,主要是以第一部分的研究为基础,使用SWOT分析法,对攀煤公司实施的低碳产业发展战略进行分析,对攀煤公司目前准备实施的产业发展项目、未来可能实施的产业发展项目进行分析,同时对该战略进行理论补充。最后根据攀煤公司目前自身存在的问题以及低碳产业发展项目的需要提出管理建议。第三部分为第6章,主要是对全文进行梳理总结并提出文章的不足之处。本文具有较强的实践性,很多想法和思路已经开始逐步实施。本文作者作为攀煤公司员工,也是攀煤公司改革产业发展的直接执行者之一。在希望本文成为自身MBA专业学习一份满意答卷的同时,也希望本文的理论探讨和方案建议能对攀煤公司改革产业发展起到一定的参考作用,为公司健康有序发展略尽绵薄之力。
[Abstract]:With the end of the "golden decade", the coal industry entered a period of continuous downturn, coal prices fell, overcapacity. Panzhihua Coal Industry Group Company (hereinafter referred to as "Panzhihua Coal Company") is a large state-owned coal enterprise in the construction of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Base. Business model, geographical location, natural environment and other aspects have their own unique, but also there has been a brilliant period. Coal climbing companies only rely on national production capacity and related supporting policies are not enough to completely get out of the business predicament. Therefore, according to its own characteristics, Panpani Coal Company has put forward the industry development strategy which does not touch with "coal". Among them, low-carbon industry development strategy is the most important component. This industry development strategy aims to achieve multi-industry development and improve profitability at the same time. Also to Panzhihua Baoding mining area and even the entire Panzhihua city of environmental protection to make due contributions to state-owned enterprises. This paper is divided into three parts of six chapters, one to two chapters for the first part, mainly on the low-carbon economy. The theoretical study of low-carbon industry development strategy, put forward the feasibility and necessity of implementing low-carbon industry development strategy; Chapter 3-5 for the second part, mainly based on the first part of the study, the use of SWOT analysis, the implementation of the Panpan Coal Company low-carbon industry development strategy is analyzed. This paper analyzes the current industrial development projects and the possible future industrial development projects that Panan Coal Company is planning to implement. At the same time, the strategy of theoretical supplement. Finally, according to the current problems of the company and the need of low-carbon industry development project management suggestions. The third part is the sixth chapter. This paper has a strong practical, many ideas and ideas have been gradually implemented. The author of this paper as a coal company employees. It is also one of the direct executors of the reform and development of Panpani Coal Company. I hope this paper will become a satisfactory answer paper for my MBA major. It is also hoped that the theoretical discussion and proposal of this paper can play a certain reference role in the reform and development of the industry of Panpani Coal Company and contribute a little bit to the healthy and orderly development of the company.
