定西市中药材产业发展现状及对策研究

【摘要】：随着化学合成药品的弊端逐渐被认知,中国传统中医药引起了世界关注,这促进了绿色植物药材产业的蓬勃发展。定西市地理位置优越,气候适宜,是甘肃乃至全国重要的中药材种植、加工和仓储的区域。虽然定西市中药材产业发展历史悠久,已成为我国的“千年药乡”,但中药材产业发展仍然存在诸多问题,这不利于“中国药都”建设目标的实现。本研究运用产业集群、产业升级、产业竞争等相关理论,以及SWOT分析方法,系统的梳理了定西市中药材产业发展历程,分析了定西市中药材产业发展的优势、机遇、威胁和挑战,查清了产业转型的不利因子,提出了应对威胁和不利因子的策略。获得如下主要结果:1定西市中药材产业经历了原材料销售、初级加工到标准化深加工的发展历程定西市负有我国“药材之乡”的盛名。其中药材在20世纪50至80年代,基本以野生药用资源樵采为主,20世纪80年代至1996年以前,基本以小规模家庭作业为主,仍然销售原材料;1996年至2003年,基本形成了以骨干加工企业为中心,规模化产地种植为基础的中药材初加工体系;2004年以来,建立了深加工生产线,形成了优势区域规模化和规范化生产格局,市场化程度提高,具备了应对市场激烈竞争的产业基础。2理清了定西市中药材产业的基本结构,分析了定西市中药材产业目前发展状况定西市中药材产业的基本结构包括种植业、加工业、服务业三大组分,其产业集群初步形成。定西市中药材产业现状主要包括药材种植面积和产量逐年增加、良种推广逐渐加快、药源基地建设提高、产业规模逐步壮大、龙头企业数量增加、品牌效应逐渐凸显等。3分析了定西市中药材产业的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁定西市中药材产业优势主要包括区位优越、药材种类齐全、市场机制完善等8个方面。劣势主要包括:缺乏高层次龙头企业引导产业升级、药材深加工程度依然有待提高等6个方面。威胁主要是其他周边地区开始大面积种植中药材,区域竞争能力逐渐加强。机遇主要是国家发布了中药材发展规划,将从政策上支持中药材的发展。4提出了定西市中药材产业转型发展的策略基于定西市中药材产业发展的威胁和不利因素,提出了充分利用机遇和优势的发展策略,主要包括突出区域优势,强化政府引导,以市场需求为导向,结合整体与局部、优良品质与适度规模,增加种植和加工过程中的科技含量,建立保障机制等
[Abstract]:With the recognition of the disadvantages of chemical synthetic drugs, Chinese traditional Chinese medicine has attracted the world's attention, which has promoted the vigorous development of the green plant medicine industry. Dingxi City has a favorable geographical location and suitable climate. It is an important area for the cultivation, processing and storage of traditional Chinese medicinal materials in Gansu and even throughout the country. Although Dingxi has a long history of development of traditional Chinese medicinal materials, it has become a "millennium medicine township" in China, but there are still many problems in the development of the Chinese herbal medicine industry. This is not conducive to the realization of the goal of "Chinese medicine capital" construction. This study systematically combs the development course of traditional Chinese medicinal materials industry in Dingxi City by using relevant theories, such as industrial cluster, industrial upgrading, industrial competition, and SWOT analysis method. The advantages, opportunities, threats and challenges of the development of traditional Chinese medicine industry in Dingxi City are analyzed. The strategies to deal with threats and adverse factors were put forward. The following main results were obtained: the Chinese herbal medicine industry in Dingxi city experienced raw material sales. The developing process from Primary processing to standardized Deep processing Dingxi City is famous as the "hometown of Chinese Medicinal Materials" in China. Its traditional Chinese medicines were mainly collected from 20th century to 80s with wild medicinal resources mainly collected from 80s to 1996 in the 20th century. From 1996 to 2003, it basically formed the initial processing system of Chinese medicinal materials based on the backbone processing enterprises and large-scale production areas. Since 2004, it has established a deep processing line. It has formed a pattern of large-scale and standardized production in superior regions, increased the degree of marketization, and provided the industrial foundation .2 to cope with the fierce competition in the market. 2. The basic structure of the traditional Chinese medicine industry in Dingxi City has been clarified. The basic structure of the traditional Chinese Medicinal Materials Industry in Dingxi City includes three major components: planting industry, processing industry and service industry. The present situation of traditional Chinese medicinal materials industry in Dingxi city mainly includes the increase of planting area and output of medicinal materials, the acceleration of the promotion of improved varieties, the improvement of drug source base construction, the gradual expansion of industrial scale and the increase of the number of leading enterprises. Brand effect gradually highlights, etc. 3 analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the traditional Chinese medicine industry in Dingxi city, which mainly include the advantages of location and the complete range of medicinal materials. The main disadvantages include: lack of high-level leading enterprises to guide industrial upgrading, and the degree of deep processing of medicinal materials still needs to be improved. The main threat is that other surrounding areas begin to plant Chinese herbal medicines on a large scale. Regional competitiveness has been gradually strengthened. The main opportunity is that the state has issued a plan for the development of Chinese herbal medicines. Based on the threats and unfavorable factors of the development of Dingxi traditional Chinese medicine industry, the strategy of transforming and developing the traditional Chinese medicine industry in Dingxi city is put forward, and the development strategy of making full use of the opportunities and advantages is put forward. It mainly includes highlighting regional advantages, strengthening government guidance, taking market demand as the guide, combining the whole and part, excellent quality and moderate scale, increasing the scientific and technological content in the process of planting and processing, establishing the guarantee mechanism, etc.
