黑龙江省产业结构调整背景下龙江高校人才培养结构优化研究

【摘要】：目前,我国已进入产业转型升级的重要时期,正努力探索产业结构的新常态、新动力、新增长的发展道路。为进一步提高经济发展的质量和效益,黑龙江省也步入产业结构调整的重要阶段。近年来,黑龙江省先后提出了建设八大经济区和十大工程的经济振兴计划,积极实施“五大规划”“十大重点产业”等发展战略,及时出台促进经济稳增长65条措施,深入挖掘经济增长潜力。可见,产业结构调整优化是黑龙江省今后经济工作的重要任务之一。然而,经济战略的实施、产业改革的推进都离不开人才结构的支持,探索新时期龙江经济发展道路,必须要加强人才培养结构与产业结构协同发展机制的研究。黑龙江省高校担负着龙江产业结构调整的人才供给重任,研究黑龙江省高校如何优化人才培养结构,有助于为产业结构调整提供更好的技术支持和智力保障,进一步推动黑龙江产业结构调整和经济发展。论文从黑龙江产业结构调整对人才的需求出发,以“五大规划”“十大重点产业”发展战略为导向,研究黑龙江省高校人才培养结构优化问题。深入研究龙江产业结构调整现状和黑龙江省高校人才培养结构现状,综合分析龙江产业结构调整对黑龙江高校人才培养的新要求,揭示现有黑龙江省高校人才培养结构的现存问题和不足,并提出面向社会服务、支持产业结构调整、助推黑龙江经济发展的优化龙江高校人才培养结构的建议和策略。
[Abstract]:At present, China has entered an important period of industrial transformation and upgrading, and is trying to explore the new normal, new motive force and new growth path of industrial structure. Heilongjiang Province has also stepped into an important stage of industrial restructuring. In recent years, Heilongjiang Province has successively put forward economic revitalization plans for the construction of eight economic zones and 10 projects, and has actively implemented development strategies such as "five major plans," "ten key industries," and so on. The timely introduction of 65 measures to promote steady economic growth and to tap the potential of economic growth in depth shows that the adjustment and optimization of the industrial structure is an important part of Ren Wuzhi's economic work in Heilongjiang Province in the future. However, the implementation of the economic strategy, The promotion of industrial reform is inseparable from the support of the talent structure, exploring the road to the economic development of Longjiang in the new period. It is necessary to strengthen the research on the coordinated development mechanism between the talent training structure and the industrial structure. The colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province are shouldering the important task of talent supply in the adjustment of the industrial structure of the Longjiang River. It is helpful to provide better technical support and intellectual security for the adjustment of industrial structure, and to further promote the adjustment of industrial structure and economic development of Heilongjiang. Based on the development strategy of "five major plans" and "ten key industries", this paper studies the optimization of talent training structure in colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province, and deeply studies the present situation of industrial structure adjustment in Longjiang and the present situation of talent training structure in colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province. This paper comprehensively analyzes the new requirements of the adjustment of the industrial structure of the Longjiang River to the talent training of colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province, reveals the existing problems and shortcomings of the talent training structure of the colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province, and puts forward the following suggestions: facing the social service and supporting the adjustment of the industrial structure, Suggestions and strategies to optimize the talent training structure in Longjiang colleges and universities to promote the economic development of Heilongjiang.
