经济新常态下开滦集团煤化工产业升级对策研究

【摘要】:在我国经济新常态的大背景下,传统煤炭企业普遍亏损、发展潜力有限,如何走煤化工产业转型升级路径,是摆在决策者面前的一个重要课题。开滦集团作为百年特大型国有企业,探索适合自身发展路径,加速煤化工产业升级,是率先扭亏脱困、实现突围的必然之举,具有较大提升空间,也符合煤炭企业发展大势。基于此,本文以开滦集团煤化工产业升级为主要研究内容,综合采用文献法、调查问卷法、访谈法和分析法,对经济新常态下开滦集团如何加快煤化工产业升级进行分析研究,并提出针对性的应对措施和思路建议。首先,主要阐释经济新常态下,开滦集团煤化工产业升级的研究背景、意义、现状、内容和方法进行了说明。分析梳理国内外学术研究成果,在此基础上,对开滦集团分析研究,提出具有创新性的应对策略,能够很好地指导产业升级实践工作,并为其他煤炭企业提供借鉴和参考,也进一步丰富了我国现有的煤化工产业升级理论体系。其次,主要阐述煤化工产业、产业升级和经济新常态三个核心概念,为本文研究主题奠定理论基础。从我国煤化工产业的发展趋势来看,全力抓好煤化工产业优化升级,是当前经济背景下企业转型发展的必然之举,是资源枯竭型煤炭企业提升竞争力的必然之举,也是我国资源压力下保护资源和环境的必然之举,在经济新常态下大力推进煤化工产业升级,具有非常重要的现实意义。再次,重点分析开滦集团煤化工产业现状。本章通过对开滦集团概况、产业发展两个方面的分析,指出尽管受宏观经济增速放缓、煤炭和钢铁上下游产业集体低迷的影响,开滦集团煤化工产业面临诸多困难和挑战,同时自身拥有区位、资源、管理等内在潜力,具备优化升级和转型发展的空间。运用SWOT理论,从优势、劣势、机会、威胁四个层面,对比分析了开滦集团煤化工产业升级的战略选择和发展方向。最后,主要阐释开滦集团产业升级的对策和保障措施。本章结合开滦集团当前问题和具体实际,从指导思想、基本原则、升级策略、保证措施等几个方面,提出了其煤化工产业优化升级的核心要素、应对之策和保证措施。面对我国经济新常态,开滦集团应本着“发挥优势,突出特色,扬长避短,抢抓机遇”的原则,坚持特色化、多元化、低碳化发展,突出核心特色,规避同业竞争,加快产业升级,促使煤化工产业实现持续、健康、稳步发展。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the new normal economy of our country, the traditional coal enterprises generally lose money and have limited development potential, so how to take the path of coal chemical industry transformation and upgrading, Kailuan Group, as a century-old state-owned enterprise, explores a suitable path for its own development and accelerates the upgrading of the coal and chemical industry. It is the inevitable move to take the lead in turning losses out of difficulties and realizing breakthrough. Based on this, this paper takes the upgrading of coal chemical industry in Kailuan Group as the main research content, synthetically adopts literature method, questionnaire method, interview method and analysis method. This paper analyzes and studies how to speed up the upgrading of coal chemical industry in Kailuan Group under the new normal state of economy, and puts forward corresponding measures and suggestions. First, it mainly explains the research background of coal chemical industry upgrading in Kailuan Group under the new normal state of economy. The significance, current situation, contents and methods are explained. The research results at home and abroad are analyzed and combed. On the basis of this, the paper puts forward innovative countermeasures to guide the practical work of industrial upgrading, based on the analysis and research of Kailuan Group. It also provides reference and reference for other coal enterprises and further enriches the existing theoretical system of coal chemical industry upgrading in China. Secondly, it mainly expounds three core concepts: coal chemical industry, industrial upgrading and new normal economy. From the point of view of the development trend of coal chemical industry in China, it is an inevitable move for enterprises to transform and develop under the current economic background to do a good job in optimizing and upgrading the coal chemical industry. It is an inevitable move for resource-exhausted coal enterprises to enhance their competitiveness, and also an inevitable move to protect resources and environment under the pressure of resources. It is of great practical significance to vigorously promote the upgrading of coal and chemical industry under the new normal state of economy. Through the analysis of Kailuan Group's general situation and industrial development, this chapter points out that although the macroeconomic growth rate is slowing down, the coal and steel upstream and downstream industries are in a collective depression. The coal chemical industry of Kailuan Group is faced with many difficulties and challenges. At the same time, it has the inherent potential of location, resources and management, and has the space to optimize and upgrade and transform and develop. The application of SWOT theory, from the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities, threats, four levels, This paper compares and analyzes the strategic choice and development direction of coal chemical industry upgrading in Kailuan Group. Finally, it mainly explains the countermeasures and safeguard measures of Kailuan Group's industrial upgrading. This chapter combines the current problems and concrete practice of Kailuan Group, from the guiding ideology, In the aspects of basic principle, upgrade strategy, guarantee measure and so on, this paper puts forward the core elements, countermeasures and guarantee measures of optimizing and upgrading its coal chemical industry. In the face of the new normal state of China's economy, Kailuan Group should "give play to its advantages and give prominence to its characteristics." The principle of exploiting strengths and avoiding weaknesses and seizing opportunities is to adhere to the principle of characteristic, diversification, low-carbon development, highlight core characteristics, avoid competition in the same industry, speed up industrial upgrading, and promote the sustained, healthy, and steady development of the coal chemical industry.
