阳信县鸭梨产业现状与发展对策

【摘要】：阳信鸭梨产业是阳信县的传统产业,经过50余年的发展状大,形成现在的规模与效益。但是随着经济的发展和市场行情的不断变化,鸭梨种植面积不断减小,销售价格不稳定等问题日趋严重,如何使鸭梨产业走向健康有序可持续发展,是我们急需解决的问题。本文通过对阳信县59家鸭梨恒温库,13家企业,17家鸭梨种植专业合作社以及部分鸭梨种植大户的调查和走访,查阅阳信县历年来的历史档案和与鸭梨产业相关的文献资料等方式,获得基础资料。对阳信鸭梨资源现状、鸭梨生产、贮藏、加工、资源利用、鸭梨品牌建设及农民合作社发展等情况进行调查和整理,从鸭梨产业存在的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁四方面进行系统的分析,并对此提出意见和建议。1、阳信鸭梨产业存在六大优势:自然优势,阳信县优越的地理位置、略偏碱性土壤、合理的地下水埋深等条件,造就了阳信鸭梨独特的口味和优良的品质;气候优势,阳信县地处温带,四季分明,日照充足,有利于鸭梨的生产;水质资源,发达的排涝灌溉系统为阳信鸭梨生产提供保障;交通区位优势,阳信县拥有四通八达的公路交通网络,北望京津,处于渤海经济圈内,为鸭梨的运输提供便利条件;人文优势,一代代的阳信人逐渐丰富和完善着鸭梨生产和管理技术,特别是朱万祥先生为阳信鸭梨的发展做出了突出的贡献;社会优势,阳信县委、县政府十分重视鸭梨产业发展,积极创新思路,做大做强鸭梨产业。2、阳信鸭梨产业存在的七大劣势:育苗方面,育苗面积小,大部分苗木需要从外地调入;资源单一,除鸭梨外的其他果品种植面积较少;鸭梨产品单一,企业生产的产品几乎相同,新产品开发能力欠缺;品牌保护差,部分梨农只顾眼前利益,不注重品牌质量;晚熟品种多,除早酥以外,其他多为晚熟品种,上市时间相对集中;销售体系不健全,企业营销能力差,销售网络覆盖面积小;接待能力差,阳信县住宿、餐饮、购物等相关配套设施不及周边县市,客户引得来留不住。3、阳信鸭梨产业面临的机遇:国家政策支持,阳信县被省林业厅批准为山东省特色经济林产业重点县,为阳信鸭梨产业发展提供了更大的发展空间;鸭梨制品市场前景广阔,阳信鸭梨制品市场认可度较高,可以将产品推销到更远的市场;鸭梨保健功能受关注,随着养生和瘦身的要求提高,鸭梨保健食品急需开发。4、阳信鸭梨产业受到的威胁:鸭梨资源缺乏保护,种植面积日趋减少;灾害性天气频发,梨农利益得不到保障;生产成本增高,梨农收益明显下降。5、阳信县发展鸭梨产业的对策及建议:政府政策调控方面,出台措施保护资源,大力扶植龙头企业,健全果品安全机制,协调开展果树保险业务等;市场调控方面,优化梨果品种错峰上市,建立鸭梨批发市场规范销售,培养专业果品经纪人等;经营方式调控方面,扶植农民专业合作社,大力发展林下经济,开发旅游资源等。
[Abstract]:Yangxin Yali pear industry is a traditional industry in Yangxin County. After more than 50 years of development, it has formed the scale and benefits now. However, with the development of economy and the constant changes of the market, the growing area of Yali pear has been continuously reduced. The problems of unstable sales price are becoming more and more serious. How to make the pear industry develop healthily and in an orderly and sustainable way, It is an urgent problem that we need to solve. This paper makes an investigation and interview on 59 Yali pear thermostatic storehouses in Yangxin County and 17 specialized cooperatives of Yali pear planting specialized cooperatives and some large Yali pear growers in Yangxin County. Referring to the historical archives of Yangxin County over the years and the literature and materials related to the Yali pear industry, and obtaining the basic data, the present situation of the resources of Yangxin Yali pear, the production, storage, processing and utilization of the pear, The situation of brand construction of Yali pear and the development of farmers' cooperative were investigated and sorted out, and the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the pear industry were systematically analyzed. There are six advantages in Yangxin pear industry: natural advantage, favorable geographical location in Yangxin County, slightly alkaline soil, reasonable groundwater depth and so on. It brings up the unique taste and excellent quality of Yangxin Yali pear, the climate advantage, Yangxin county is located in the temperate zone, the four seasons are distinct, the sunshine is abundant, it is advantageous to the production of Yali pear, the water quality resources, the developed drainage irrigation system provides the guarantee for the Yangxin Yali pear production; Traffic location advantage, Yangxin County has a road traffic network, Beiwangjing and Tianjin, located in the Bohai economic circle, provides convenient conditions for the transport of Yali pear; humanistic advantage, The generation after generation of Yangxin people gradually enriched and improved the production and management techniques of Yali pear, especially Mr. Zhu Wanxiang made outstanding contributions to the development of Yangxin Yali pear; social advantages, Yangxin County Committee, county government attached great importance to the development of Yali pear industry. Positive innovation thought, bigger and stronger Yali pear industry. 2, Yangxin pear industry has seven disadvantages: seedling raising area is small, most seedlings need to be transferred from other places, resources are single, the other fruit planting area except Yali pear is less; The products of Yali pear are single, the products produced by enterprises are almost the same, the new product development ability is lacking; the brand protection is poor, some pear farmers only care about the immediate interests, do not pay attention to the brand quality; the late mature varieties are many, except the early crisp, the others are the late mature varieties. The time for listing is relatively concentrated; the sales system is not perfect, the enterprise's marketing ability is poor, and the sales network covers a small area; the reception capacity is poor, and the related facilities such as accommodation, catering, shopping and other related facilities in Yangxin County are not as good as those in the surrounding counties and cities. Customers can not stay. 3, Yangxin pear industry is faced with opportunities: national policy support, Yangxin County was approved by the provincial forestry bureau for Shandong Province characteristic economic forest industry key counties, for Yangxin pear industry development to provide a greater space for development; Yali pear products market has a broad prospect, Yangxin pear products market recognition is high, can promote the products to the further market; the health care function of Yali pear is concerned, with the requirements of health care and weight loss increased, The health food of Yali pear is in urgent need of development. 4. Yangxin pear industry is threatened by the lack of protection of the resources of Yali pear, the decrease of planting area, the frequent occurrence of disastrous weather, the lack of protection for the interests of pear farmers, and the increase of production costs. The income of pear farmers obviously decreased .5.The countermeasures and suggestions for the development of Yali pear industry in Yangxin County were as follows: in terms of government policy control, measures should be taken to protect resources, vigorously support leading enterprises, improve the safety mechanism of fruit products, and coordinate the development of fruit tree insurance business. In terms of market regulation and control, it is necessary to optimize the listing of pear varieties on the market, establish the wholesale market of Yali pear, standardize sales, train specialized fruit brokers, etc. In terms of management mode control, we should foster farmers' specialized cooperatives and vigorously develop the undergrowth economy. Develop tourism resources, etc.
