吉林省马铃薯产业的发展现状与对策研究

【摘要】：马铃薯,俗称土豆,是世界上主要的经济作物之一,也是人们在日常生活中的重要食物,因为其绿色、健康、低热量的特点符合现代的饮食潮流,已经越来越受到现代人的青睐。目前我国是世界上种植马铃薯面积最大的国家,同时也是世界上产量最高的国家,而吉林省是我国马铃薯主产区之一,土地资源极为丰富,在全国的马铃薯生产上占有很大的比重。因为马铃薯不仅可以作为粮食和蔬菜,还可以用做饲料和工业原料,所以发展马铃薯产业对于吉林省振兴农业经济和增加农民收入有着重要意义。本论文首先查阅了大量有关马铃薯研究的国内外资料,对马铃薯国内外的研究现状作出了分析与研究,根据研究思路确定了马铃薯产业研究的技术路线,分析了吉林省马铃薯的种植面积分布、单产水平、种质资源、生产技术应用及马铃薯企业、合作社和协会的发展现状。在此基础上运用SWOT分析法,分析了吉林省马铃薯产业种植具有地理区域优势、经济效益优势、科研优势;吉林省马铃薯产业的劣势是种薯利用不充分、质量控制体系不完善,小型农户种植为主、集约化、规模化种植较少,产业化水平低、缺乏“龙头”企业带动,贮运技术落后等;吉林省马铃薯产业的机会表现为马铃薯市场需求潜力大、国家政策的扶持、粮食危机带来的机遇;同时吉林省马铃薯产业也面临着国内外市场竞争的威胁。综上所述,从政府的角度、产业现代化的角度、市场竞争的角度、行业协会的角度和人才培养的角度提出推进吉林省马铃薯产业发展的对策和建议。
[Abstract]:Potato, commonly known as potato, is one of the major cash crops in the world, and is also an important food for people in their daily lives, because its green, healthy and low-calorie characteristics are in line with modern dietary trends. At present, China is the largest potato growing country in the world, and also the highest output country in the world. Jilin Province is one of the main potato producing areas in China, and the land resources are extremely rich. They account for a large proportion of the country's potato production, because potatoes can be used not only as food and vegetables, but also as feedstuffs and industrial raw materials. Therefore, the development of potato industry plays an important role in revitalizing the agricultural economy and increasing the income of farmers in Jilin Province. The present situation of potato research at home and abroad was analyzed, and the technical route of potato industry research was determined according to the research ideas, and the distribution of potato planting area, yield level and germplasm resources were analyzed in Jilin Province. On the basis of the application of production technology and the development of potato enterprises, cooperatives and associations, the paper analyzes the advantages of geographical region, economic benefit and scientific research of potato industry planting in Jilin Province by using SWOT analysis method. The disadvantage of potato industry in Jilin Province is that the utilization of seed potato is not enough, the quality control system is not perfect, the small-scale farmers are mainly planted, the intensive planting, the scale planting is less, the industrialization level is low, the lack of "leading" enterprises, the backward storage and transportation technology, etc. The opportunities of potato industry in Jilin province are as follows: the potato market has great demand potential, the support of national policy, and the opportunity brought by the food crisis; meanwhile, the potato industry in Jilin Province is also facing the threat of market competition at home and abroad. From the angle of government, industrial modernization, market competition, trade association and talent training, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of potato industry in Jilin Province.
