韩国文化产业政策分析

【摘要】：当前，文化产业的蓬勃发展已在全球范围内得到普遍关注。韩国近年来在全球所刮起的“韩流”之风，使其已悄然跻身文化产业强国的行列。而我国虽为历史文化大国，但文化资源还未得到充分开发利用，文化产业仍处于起步阶段。在这个越来越重视国家文化软实力的时代里，文化产业所能带来的不仅仅是国民经济的增长，更是一个国家在国际上的认可度，其力量是不容小觑的。因此我国应加大对各文化产业强国的研究和学习，尤其是与我国有着相似文化背景的韩国，更应该加大学习和借鉴的力度，努力推进我国文化产业的发展进程。发展文化产业一方面需要依靠市场机制的自我调节，另一方面也离不开切实可行的政策支持。自金大中政府于1998年提出“文化立国”战略以来，韩国的文化产业已正式成为国家的战略支柱产业，得到了政府的大力扶持。韩国文化产业的迅速发展壮大，与韩国政府不遗余力地支持和推进相关文化产业政策密不可分，因此本文着重对韩国文化产业政策的实施及其效果进行分析，以期为我国文化产业政策的制定提供一些经验和启发。根据上述论文写作思路，，本文按以下五部分展开分析。第1章是绪论，主要阐述本文的选题意义、文献综述、创新点与不足。第2章对文化产业政策的相关概念及其理论，以及文化产业政策的主要构成进行概述。第3章对韩国文化产业政策的历史演进过程进行总结概括。第4章着重分析韩国文化产业政策的主要措施及其效果，指出韩国文化产业政策对于促进其文化产业发展的重要性。第5章首先介绍我国文化产业发展的基本概况，以及我国文化产业政策面临的问题，然后借鉴韩国文化产业政策相关经验以促进我国文化产业发展。
[Abstract]:At present, the vigorous development of the cultural industry has received universal attention in the world. The "Korean current" wind that South Korea has been blowing in the world in recent years has quietly made it into the ranks of the powerful cultural industry. Although China is a historical and cultural power, However, the cultural resources have not been fully exploited and the cultural industry is still in its infancy. In this era of increasing emphasis on the soft power of the national culture, what the cultural industry can bring about is not only the growth of the national economy, but also the growth of the national economy. It is also a country's recognition in the international community, and its strength should not be underestimated. Therefore, China should increase its research and study on various cultural industrial powers, especially South Korea, which has similar cultural backgrounds to China. More should increase the strength of learning and reference, and strive to promote the development of our cultural industry. On the one hand, the development of cultural industry needs to rely on the self-regulation of market mechanism, on the other hand, it is also inseparable from practical policy support. South Korea's cultural industry has become a strategic pillar industry of the country, and has been strongly supported by the government. The rapid development and growth of Korean cultural industry is closely related to the Korean government's sparing no effort to support and promote the relevant cultural industry policies. Therefore, this paper focuses on the implementation and effect of Korean cultural industry policy, in order to provide some experience and inspiration for the formulation of cultural industry policy in China. According to the thinking of the above thesis, this paper is analyzed in the following five parts. Chapter 1 is the introduction, which mainly expounds the significance of the topic, literature review, innovation and deficiency. Chapter 2 introduces the related concepts and theories of the cultural industry policy. Chapter 3 summarizes the historical evolution of Korean cultural industry policy. Chapter 4 focuses on the analysis of the main measures and effects of Korean cultural industry policy. It points out the importance of Korea's cultural industry policy in promoting the development of its cultural industry. Chapter 5 introduces the basic situation of the development of cultural industry in our country and the problems faced by the cultural industry policy of our country. Then draw lessons from the relevant experience of Korean cultural industry policy to promote the development of cultural industry in China.
