黑龙江省林业产业区域竞争力评价与分析

【摘要】：黑龙江省作为中国林业大国中的林业大省,林业产业非常强大,林业经济是国民基础经济的重要组成部分,为国家的经济建设、社会发展提供了大量资源保障。而受自然环境、资本投入、劳动技术、社会政策等因素的影响,我国林业地域性发展不均衡,导致林业产业区域竞争力发展不协调。在当今社会中产业区域竞争力是经济热门学科共同关注的热点和研究前沿。目前,国内外经济学家、学者对林业产业区域竞争力的研究主要是进行对林业产业区域竞争力形成原因、定义来源以及对影响因素及其指标的构成进行分析,然而对于林业产业区域竞争力的数量化计算以及两者之间关系的研究分析还比较匮乏。为此,本文从林业产业和区域竞争力视角出发。基于林业经济学、产业经济学、区域经济学、发展经济学和西方经济学等学科的相关理论基础上,构建林业产业区域竞争力模型,选取了以自然竞争力、资本竞争力、技术竞争力、劳动竞争力及其市场竞争力等五种系统竞争力指标作为框架,每个框架下又分别存在五种具体指标。一方面,根据框架指标结构体系和林业产业特点运用数学主成分分析方法对构建指标进行建立对应的数学模型,然后对相应的竞争力进行综合排序；另一方面,运用层次分析方法构建每一层次指标的判断矩阵并求出每一层次指标的相应权重。通过对我国不同区域林业产业竞争力分析对比,为提高黑龙江省林业产业区域竞争力的做出系统评价对策。本文依据中国统计年鉴(2003-2013)、中国林业统计信息库(2003-2013)统计数据资料,运用主成分分析法和层次分析法分别对2012年林业产业区域竞争力下的自然竞争力、资本竞争力、技术竞争力、劳动竞争力及其市场竞争力五个系统竞争力指标和其以下二十五个具体指标进行分析评价。
[Abstract]:Heilongjiang Province is one of the big forestry provinces in China, forestry industry is very strong, forestry economy is an important part of the national basic economy, which provides a lot of resources for the national economic construction and social development. Due to the influence of capital input, labor technology, social policy and other factors, the regional development of forestry in China is not balanced. The development of regional competitiveness of forestry industry is not coordinated. In today's society, industrial regional competitiveness is the focus of common concern and research frontier of hot economic disciplines. At present, economists at home and abroad, Scholars' research on regional competitiveness of forestry industry is mainly to analyze the causes of regional competitiveness of forestry industry, the source of definition, and the composition of influencing factors and indicators. However, the quantitative calculation of the regional competitiveness of forestry industry and the research and analysis of the relationship between the two are still relatively scarce. Therefore, this paper starts from the perspective of forestry industry and regional competitiveness. On the basis of relevant theories of regional economics, development economics and western economics, this paper constructs a regional competitiveness model of forestry industry, and selects natural competitiveness, capital competitiveness and technological competitiveness. There are five systematic competitiveness indicators, such as labor competitiveness and market competitiveness, as the framework. On the one hand, there are five specific indicators under each framework. According to the frame index structure system and the forestry industry characteristic, the mathematics principal component analysis method is used to set up the corresponding mathematical model to construct the index, then to carry on the comprehensive ranking to the corresponding competitiveness; on the other hand, The judgment matrix of each level index is constructed by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method and the corresponding weight of each level index is obtained. By analyzing and contrasting the competitiveness of forestry industry in different regions of our country, In order to improve the regional competitiveness of forestry industry in Heilongjiang Province, the paper makes a systematic evaluation strategy. According to the statistical data of China Statistical Yearbook, 2003-2013, China Forestry Statistics Information Base, 2003-2013. Using principal component analysis and analytic hierarchy process to analyze the natural competitiveness, capital competitiveness and technological competitiveness of forestry industry in 2012, respectively. Labor competitiveness and market competitiveness of five system competitiveness indicators and the following 25 specific indicators for analysis and evaluation.
