农业产业化发展与凉山彝族农民的贫穷——对凉山州苦荞产业发展的考察

【摘要】：推进农业产业化是当前促进农村经济发展和农民减贫的重要手段。许多学者关注了农民在产业流通领域受到的利益压榨,提出农户"纵向"合作的需要。本文以凉山彝族自治州苦荞产业发展为例,由生产与流通面向切入,讨论农业产业化对农村发展的影响。论文以民族志的形式呈现农业产业化的具体实践、当地的农业生产与农民生活,分析苦荞产业的收益分配,各方力量对市场利益的争夺。其中涉及了意识形态、政府政策、本土家支组织、全球化经济体系在经济过程的角色。研究表明,农户的困境不仅来自市场结构下工商资本的利益侵占,同时也有家庭农业生产组织方式的局限性。农业生产的"横向"合作是必要的。
[Abstract]:Promoting agricultural industrialization is an important means of promoting rural economic development and reducing poverty among farmers. Many scholars have paid close attention to the squeezing of farmers' interests in the field of industrial circulation. This paper takes the development of Tartary buckwheat industry in Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture as an example, from the perspective of production and circulation. The paper presents the concrete practice of agricultural industrialization in the form of ethnography, the local agricultural production and farmers' life, and analyzes the income distribution of Tartary buckwheat industry. Competing forces for market interests. This involves ideology, government policy, local branches, and the role of the global economic system in the economic process. The plight of farmers is not only due to the encroachment of industrial and commercial capital under the market structure, but also to the limitation of family agricultural production organization mode. The "horizontal" cooperation in agricultural production is necessary.
