产业转移与创新要素流动互动机理研究

【摘要】：产业转移是产业发展的基本规律之一,也是一种综合性的要素流动与集聚过程。2008年全球金融危机以后,国际产业转移和国内产业转移都进入了新阶段。逆梯度转移、生产性服务业转移和集群式转移等成为该轮产业转移区别于以往产业转移的最大特征,也为区域聚集创新要素提供了良好契机。另一方面,区域创新要素的丰裕度对产业转移的规模、方向等也有一定影响。基于此,论文以产业转移与创新要素流动的互动机理为研究主题,分析产业转移如何促进创新要素流动以及创新要素流动如何影响产业转移等若干主要问题,主要研究工作及创新性结论如下：(1)观察我国创新要素的分布情况并对其变动情况进行分析,得出：我国区域创新要素分布不均,主要集聚于东部及沿海地区,西部西区创新要素尤为匮乏,东西部创新要素分布水平差异巨大。(2)通过产业转移如何影响创新要素流动的机理分析,得出我国产业转移创新创新要素流动的三大路径：产业转移过程中伴随着创新要素的流动、产业转移-产业集聚-吸引创新要素流动和产业转移-产业集聚-区域自主创新能力-创新要素流动。(3)对我国近十年实证数据分析得出：创新资金流动具有促进产业转移的作用,创新人才流动具有轻微阻碍产业转移的作用。
[Abstract]:Industrial transfer is one of the basic laws of industrial development, and it is also a comprehensive process of factor flow and agglomeration. After the 2008 global financial crisis, both international and domestic industrial transfer have entered a new stage.Reverse gradient transfer, producer service industry transfer and cluster transfer are the most important characteristics of this round of industrial transfer, which provide a good opportunity for regional agglomeration and innovation.On the other hand, the abundance of regional innovation factors has a certain impact on the scale and direction of industrial transfer.Based on this, this paper takes the interactive mechanism of industrial transfer and innovation factor flow as the research topic, and analyzes how industrial transfer promotes innovation factor flow and how innovation factor flow affects industrial transfer and so on.The main research work and innovative conclusions are as follows: (1) observing the distribution of innovation elements in China and analyzing their changes, it is concluded that the regional innovation elements in China are unevenly distributed and mainly concentrated in the eastern and coastal areas.The innovation elements in the western part of the west are especially scarce, and the distribution level of the innovation elements in the east and the west is very different. (2) the mechanism of how the industrial transfer affects the flow of the innovation elements is analyzed.It is concluded that there are three paths to the flow of innovation elements of industrial transfer in China: the flow of innovation elements in the process of industrial transfer, and the flow of innovation elements in the process of industrial transfer.Industrial transfer-industrial agglomeration-attracting innovation factor flow and industry transfer-industry agglomeration-regional independent innovation ability-innovation factor flow.The role of industrial transfer,The flow of innovative talents has the function of hindering the industrial transfer.
