安徽省模具产业集群竞争力的研究

【摘要】:模具是工业生产中非常关键且不可或缺的批量生产装备,其生产过程集数字技术、智能化控制、精密制造、和环保制造为一体,既是高新技术载体,又是高新技术产品,模具被称之为“工业之母”。我国模具业经过30多年的发展,拥有专业模具制造企业2万家,规模以上有5000家,重点骨干企业133家,上市公司13家。随着模具产业快速发展,模具企业数在不断增多,产业集群也随之应运而生。产业集群是否能健康持续发展,要看其是否具有竞争力。为此,本文以研究安徽省模具产业集群竞争力为对象是有着重要意义的,可以为安徽省模具产业指明发展方向,推动安徽省经济快速发展,优化产业集群结构。本文采用采用查阅文献法、问卷调查法、调研,实地访谈和定量与定性分析比较法,结合当前国内外模具产业集群的发展现状,以波特的“钻石”理论,主要从四大决定要素即生产要素,需求条件,相关及支撑产业,公司的战略、结构以及竞争和两种外部力量:政府和机遇,对安徽模具产业集群竞争力进行定性分析,从主观上来看,安徽省模具产业集群竞争力是具备一定竞争优势的。而凭借帕德莫—吉博森的GEM模型为工具,量化分析安徽省模具产业集群竞争力,依靠问卷调查、调研得来的有效数据,经过仔细分析整理得到GEM得分为256.436分,这结果说明了安徽省模具产业集群竞争力水平只比国内平均水平高一点,还不具备本国内竞争优势。本文以产业集群竞争力相关理论为基础,借用评价产业集群竞争力模型--“钻石”模型和GEM模型为工具,详细分析了影响安徽省模具产业集群竞争力的因素,找出削弱其优势的主要因素并给出原因分析,紧接着提出提升安徽省模具产业集群竞争力的对策。在论文结尾得出本文结论,并提出论文的不足之处。
[Abstract]:Mold is a very important and indispensable mass production equipment in industrial production. Its production process integrates digital technology, intelligent control, precision manufacturing and environmental protection manufacturing. It is not only a high and new technology carrier, but also a high and new technology product.Mould is called "the mother of industry".After more than 30 years of development, China's mould industry has 20, 000 professional mold manufacturing enterprises, with a scale of more than 5000, 133 key backbone enterprises, 13 listed companies.With the rapid development of mould industry, the number of mould enterprises is increasing, and the industrial cluster emerges as the times require.Whether industrial clusters can develop healthily and sustainably depends on whether they are competitive.Therefore, it is of great significance to study the competitiveness of die industry cluster in Anhui Province, which can point out the development direction of die industry in Anhui Province, promote the rapid development of Anhui economy and optimize the structure of industrial cluster.This paper adopts the methods of consulting literature, questionnaire survey, investigation, field interview, quantitative and qualitative analysis and comparison, combined with the current development situation of mould industry cluster at home and abroad, and uses Porter's "Diamond" theory.Mainly from the four determinants of production factors, demand conditions, related and supporting industries, company strategy, structure and competition, and two kinds of external forces: government and opportunity, this paper analyzes the competitiveness of Anhui mould industry cluster qualitatively.From the subjective point of view, Anhui mold industry cluster competitiveness is a certain competitive advantage.With Padmo-Gibson 's GEM model as a tool, quantitative analysis of Anhui mold industry cluster competitiveness, relying on questionnaires, the effective data obtained from the investigation, after careful analysis and collation, the GEM score is 256.436.The results show that the competitiveness level of Anhui mould industry cluster is only a little higher than the domestic average level and does not have the domestic competitive advantage.Based on the relevant theories of industrial cluster competitiveness, this paper analyzes the factors influencing the competitiveness of mold industry cluster in Anhui province by using the "Diamond" model and the GEM model, which are the models of evaluating the competitiveness of industrial clusters.This paper finds out the main factors which weaken its advantage and analyzes the reasons, and then puts forward the countermeasures to improve the competitiveness of Anhui mould industry cluster.At the end of the paper, the conclusion is drawn, and the deficiency of the paper is pointed out.
