产业链视角下江浙沪地区城市功能的空间演化研究

【摘要】：我国“十三五”规划中指出要促进区域经济协调发展,而其核心在于城市的空间布局与产业结构相协调,建立科学合理的区域经济格局,因此,将城市的功能与产业结构相结合进行研究具有较强的现实意义。当前的研究重视挖掘产业的内部因素与城市功能的联系,却忽视了区域经济多是依靠产业间关联形成的产业链施加影响,本文正是以我国区域经济的成熟代表——长三角区域中的江浙沪地区为研究对象,从产业链的视角分析城市功能的演化情况,旨在探析城市功能演化过程中与产业链的互动机理。文章首先梳理了城市功能与产业链的相关理论基础;然后从江浙沪地区经济现状出发,确定研究对象的范围界定并概述其基本情况;再深入阐述城市功能和产业链的测定方法及分析过程;接下来文章以2002年、2007年以及2012年三个时间点共计10年的跨度期为时间轴进行演化分析,结合纳尔逊法、APL模型、ArcGIS软件等方法通过数据与图例相结合的方式分别从城市功能演化、产业链演变以及二者联动分析三个维度进行实证研究,试图从产业链的角度挖掘城市功能演化过程中的特征和趋势;最后借助实证研究总结的演化特征和趋势得出江浙沪城市群的功能分布与产业链的耦合联系以及二者的趋势互动情况等相关结论,并针对性地提出适度错位发展、深化以上海为核心周边城市配套衔接、加快传统产业转型升级以应对原材料成本上升等优化策略,为江浙沪地区经济协调发展提出建议。
[Abstract]:In the 13th Five-Year Plan of our country, it is pointed out that the coordinated development of regional economy should be promoted, and its core lies in the coordination of urban spatial layout and industrial structure, and the establishment of a scientific and reasonable regional economic pattern. It is of great practical significance to combine the function of the city with the industrial structure. The current research pays attention to the relationship between the internal factors of the industry and the function of the city. However, the regional economy is mostly influenced by the industrial chain formed by the inter-industry association. This paper takes the Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai areas in the Yangtze River Delta region as the research object, which is the mature representative of the regional economy of our country. This paper analyzes the evolution of urban function from the perspective of industrial chain, in order to explore the interaction mechanism between urban function and industrial chain in the process of urban functional evolution. Firstly, the paper combs the relevant theoretical basis of urban function and industrial chain; Then starting from the current economic situation in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai, the scope of the research object is defined and the basic situation is summarized, and then the determination method and the analysis process of the urban function and industrial chain are expounded. Then the paper takes the span of 10 years in 2002, 2007 and 2012 as the time axis to analyze the evolution of urban function, and combines with the ArcGIS software of Nelson's APL model to evolve from the urban function by combining the data with the legend. In order to explore the characteristics and trends of urban function evolution from the perspective of industrial chain, this paper makes an empirical study on the evolution of industrial chain and the three dimensions of their linkage analysis. Finally, with the help of the evolution characteristics and trends summarized by empirical research, the paper draws the relevant conclusions such as the coupling relationship between the function distribution of Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai urban agglomeration and industrial chain, and the trend interaction between the two, and puts forward the moderately dislocation development. In order to promote the coordinated economic development of Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai regions, we should deepen the connection of surrounding cities with Shanghai as the core, speed up the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries to cope with the rising cost of raw materials, and put forward some suggestions.
