【摘要】：恩施地区的丰富硒资源使得恩施拥有了得天独厚的稀缺资源,恩施地区已经探明的硒资源储量巨大,整个恩施地区的硒资源总量之广在全球来说都非常罕见。硒资源在恩施地区分布广泛、种数多样、含量丰富,现在已经享誉全球,恩施地区已被称为“世界硒都”。对于恩施地区来说,如何进行硒资源的开发和利用,逐步形成硒产业并且将产品推向世界,已经成了恩施州地区发展和建设的主要方向,也是湖北省实施扶贫开发的一个重点。本文通过对恩施地区硒资源的开发和利用现状进行调查,以经济学理论为支点,在充分分析现阶段恩施地区硒资源的前提下,梳理富硒产业的相关理论框架,深刻剖析现阶段恩施地区在硒资源开发和利用上的现状,并且探索现阶段硒资源开发中所产生的结果,针对相应发展和推广硒资源方面所遇到的问题提出相应的解决方案,为恩施地区的硒资源发展和利用提出自己的观点和看法。在前文规范分析的基础上,本文运用灰色关联分析法进行实证分析,研究了恩施地区硒产业发展情况,最终分析得出以下几个结论:一、获取了恩施地区富硒产业发展的相关影响因素;二、政府扶持财政支出和硒产业增加值对恩施地区的硒资源开发影响程度非常强;三、政府研发经费投入、城镇居民人均消费支出、人均生产总值和城镇居民人均可支配收入对恩施地区的富硒产业发展有着一定的影响;四、富硒产业从业人员、富硒产业机构数对恩施地区的富硒产业发展并没有带来多大的影响。通过实证分析笔者认为应该根据恩施地区富硒产业发展影响因素的重要程度分别予以不同程度的重视,更好的促进产业发展。进一步看清恩施地区的富硒产业发展现实,制定更加合理的政策以帮助恩施地区更好的开发和利用硒资源,以助于恩施地区富硒产业经济发展。
[Abstract]:The abundant selenium resources in Enshi area make Enshi have unique scarce resources. The reserves of selenium resources have been proved to be huge in Enshi area, and the total selenium resources in the whole Enshi area are very rare in the world.Selenium resources are widely distributed in Enshi area, with various species and rich contents. Now they are well known all over the world, and Enshi region has been called "World selenium Capital".For Enshi area, how to develop and utilize selenium resources, gradually form selenium industry and push products to the world has become the main direction of development and construction in Enshi prefecture, and it is also a key point in implementing poverty alleviation and development in Hubei Province.Through the investigation of the present situation of the exploitation and utilization of selenium resources in Enshi area, taking the economic theory as the fulcrum, under the premise of fully analyzing the selenium resources in Enshi area at present, this paper combs the relevant theoretical framework of selenium rich industry.The present situation of selenium resources development and utilization in Enshi area is deeply analyzed, and the results of selenium resources exploitation at present stage are explored, and the corresponding solutions to the problems encountered in developing and popularizing selenium resources are put forward.To develop and utilize selenium resources in Enshi area, the author puts forward his own viewpoints and opinions.On the basis of the previous normative analysis, this paper uses grey relational analysis to carry out empirical analysis, studies the development of selenium industry in Enshi area, and finally comes to the following conclusions: 1.Obtained the related factors that affect the development of selenium rich industry in Enshi area; second, the financial expenditure of government support and the added value of selenium industry have a very strong impact on the development of selenium resources in Enshi region; third, the government R & D expenditure,The per capita consumption expenditure of urban residents, the per capita gross domestic product and the per capita disposable income of urban residents have a certain impact on the development of selenium-enriched industries in Enshi.The number of se-rich industrial institutions has little effect on the development of se-rich industry in Enshi area.Based on the empirical analysis, the author thinks that we should pay more attention to the influence factors of selenium rich industry in Enshi area to promote the development of industry.In order to help Enshi to develop and utilize selenium resources better and to help the economic development of selenium-rich industry in Enshi, it is clear to see the reality of se rich industry development in Enshi area, and make more reasonable policies to help the development of selenium rich industry in Enshi area.
