上杭县高山茶产业发展现状与展望

【摘要】:茶产业是上杭县传统与特色产业之一,也是农村经济发展的重要支柱产业。上杭县现有茶园面积2.38万亩,2005年以来新增茶叶加工厂75家、家庭加工坊150余个,年产量1293吨,创造产值1.9785亿元,发展潜力很大,对促进农业产业化结构调整、转移农村剩余劳动力、增加农民经济收入、稳定农村社会和保护环境发挥着重要作用。为推进上杭县高山茶产业由传统生产模式快速进入现代农业生产模式,促进上杭县高山茶产业科学和健康的可持续发展,保障广大茶农茶企的经济效益。本文通过对上杭县高山茶产业现状的调查,分析上杭县高山茶产业发展具有优良生态优势、红色旅游优势、政策优势、扶持优势,良好的产业与市场基础优势。对存在着包括茶树老龄化严重,低产茶园还较多;茶叶消费市场萎缩,销售难度大;产业总体规模较小;营销平台建设滞后,缺乏自主销售渠道;产业化水平仍不够;劳动力成本大幅上涨,茶叶生产成本大幅增加,人员、财力投入不足;品牌影响力较低等主要问题进行剖析;针对性地提出发展对策与建议,以期进一步改善上杭县高山茶加工环境、改变加工方式、提高企业管理水平、提升品牌竞争力,为最终实现上杭县高山茶产业模式转变及科学健康可持续发展提供理论依据。
[Abstract]:Tea industry is one of the traditional and characteristic industries in Shanghang County, and is also an important pillar industry of rural economic development.The existing tea plantations in Shanghang County have an area of 23800 mu. Since 2005, 75 tea processing plants have been added, and more than 150 family processing workshops have been added, with an annual output of 1293 tons, with an annual output value of 197.85 million yuan, with great potential for development, which will promote the structural adjustment of agricultural industrialization.Transferring rural surplus labor force, increasing farmers' economic income, stabilizing rural society and protecting environment play an important role.In order to promote the alpine tea industry in Shanghang County from the traditional production mode to the modern agricultural production mode, to promote the scientific and healthy sustainable development of the mountain tea industry in Shanghang County, and to ensure the economic benefits of the tea enterprises of the vast number of tea farmers.Based on the investigation of the present situation of alpine tea industry in Shanghang County, this paper analyzes that the development of alpine tea industry in Shanghang County has excellent ecological advantages, red tourism advantages, policy advantages, supporting advantages, and good industrial and market basic advantages.The existing problems include the serious aging of tea trees, the low yield tea gardens, the shrinking of tea consumption market, the difficulty of sales, the small scale of industry, the lagging of marketing platform construction, the lack of independent marketing channels, the insufficient industrialization level, the low quality of tea production, and the shortage of marketing platform.The main problems, such as the increase of labor cost, the increase of tea production cost, the shortage of personnel and financial resources, the low brand influence, and so on, are analyzed, and the development countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.In order to further improve the processing environment of mountain tea in Shanghang County, change the processing mode, improve the level of enterprise management and enhance the competitiveness of the brand, this paper provides a theoretical basis for the final realization of the transformation of the industrial model of mountain tea in Shanghang County and the sustainable development of science and health.
