中部地区流通产业竞争力评价与比较

【摘要】：改革开放尤其是中国加入世贸组织以来,中国流通产业得到了极大的发展,并取得了较大的成就,但是中部地区受困于起步较晚、重生产轻流通的传统观念很深、流通企业的经营规模化程度不高、物流技术和基础设施的发展水平较低等因素的影响,其流通产业的发展一直存在竞争力偏弱的问题。流通产业是国民经济的基础性和先导性产业,作为连接生产和消费的纽带,其在促进地区经济增长方面发挥着重要作用。因此通过中部地区与东西部样本省份的比较,找到中部地区在流通产业竞争力方面存在的不足并提出相关的政策建议具有十分重要的意义。在既有研究中,对单个省份或者单个城市的流通产业竞争力进行评价的文章很多,但是对中部地区流通产业竞争力进行分析评价的文章相对较少,因此本文拟按照流通产业潜在竞争力→流通产业现实竞争力→流通产业发展竞争力递进的逻辑顺序,构建分析中部地区流通产业竞争力的指标评价体系,运用因子分析法对中部地区流通产业竞争力做出评价并与东西部样本省份进行比较,在此基础上找到当前中部地区流通产业发展过程中存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出提升中部地区流通产业竞争力的建议。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, especially since China's accession to the WTO, China's circulation industry has been greatly developed and has made great achievements. However, the central region is trapped in the late start, and the traditional concept of emphasizing production and light circulation is very deep. Due to the low level of scale management of circulation enterprises and the low level of development of logistics technology and infrastructure, there has always been a problem of weak competitiveness in the development of circulation industry. Circulation industry is the basic and leading industry of national economy. As a link between production and consumption, circulation industry plays an important role in promoting regional economic growth. Therefore, through the comparison between the central region and the sample provinces of the east and west, it is of great significance to find out the shortcomings in the competitiveness of the circulation industry in the central region and to put forward the relevant policy recommendations. In the existing research, there are many articles to evaluate the competitiveness of circulation industry in a single province or a single city, but there are relatively few articles on the analysis and evaluation of the competitiveness of circulation industry in the central region. Therefore, according to the logical sequence of the potential competitiveness of circulation industry and the progressive development of circulation industry, this paper intends to set up an index evaluation system to analyze the competitiveness of circulation industry in central China. This paper uses factor analysis method to evaluate the competitiveness of circulation industry in the central region and compares it with the sample provinces in the east and the west, and then finds out the problems existing in the development of circulation industry in the central region. In view of these problems, the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the competitiveness of circulation industry in the central region.
