我国战略性新兴产业进入与退出行为的影响因素分析

【摘要】：战略性新兴产业被视为金融危机以来增进经济增长的新动力源泉，世界各国都纷纷将目光转向战略性新兴产业，，我国“十二五”规划及“十三五”规划也将战略性新兴产业纳入重点发展范畴。产业的发展离不开企业这个组成细胞，而企业的进入与退出是产业组织理论中联系着企业、产业和市场的研究课题。研究战略性新兴产业的进入与退出，是从介于微观和宏观之间的中观层面对问题的探讨，为促进战略性新兴产业的成长，制定科学有效的产业政策提供根据。本文分为五大部分，第一部分从总体介绍了本文的研究背景和研究意义，以及国内外关于企业进入与退出和战略性新兴产业的研究现状。第二部分对战略性新兴产业的发展以及战略性新兴产业的进入与退出进行了理论分析，并介绍了战略性新兴产业的特点。第三部分对我国战略性新兴产业进入与退出的发展现状以及存在的问题进行了分析。第四部分具体分析了影响战略性新兴产业进入与退出的影响因素。第五部分总结文章的研究结论，并且针对性的提出了相关的对策建议。本文的研究结论是影响我国战略性新兴产业进入与退出的产业组织因素尚未形成，研发密度、国有经济比重、以及政府政策是影响战略性新兴产业进入与退出的主要因素。对此，本文提出了完善相关政策为企业进入提供良好的外部环境、发挥国有经济的示范效应、建立公平的市场竞争环境等建议。
[Abstract]:Since the financial crisis, strategic emerging industries have been regarded as a new source of driving force to promote economic growth, and countries all over the world have turned their attention to strategic emerging industries. The 12th five-year Plan and the 13-5-year Plan also include strategic emerging industries in the key areas of development. The development of industry can not be separated from the component cell of enterprise, and the entry and withdrawal of enterprise is the research subject of enterprise, industry and market in the theory of industrial organization. To study the entry and exit of strategic emerging industry is to discuss the problem from the middle level between micro and macro, to provide the basis for promoting the growth of strategic emerging industry and making scientific and effective industrial policy. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part introduces the research background and significance of this paper, as well as the domestic and foreign research on the entry and exit of enterprises and strategic emerging industries. The second part makes a theoretical analysis of the development of strategic emerging industries and the entry and exit of strategic emerging industries, and introduces the characteristics of strategic emerging industries. The third part analyzes the current situation and existing problems of China's strategic emerging industry entry and exit. The fourth part analyzes the factors that influence the entry and exit of strategic emerging industries. The fifth part summarizes the research conclusions of the article, and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions. The conclusion of this paper is that the industrial organizational factors that influence the entry and exit of strategic emerging industries in China have not yet been formed, and the R & D density, the proportion of state-owned economy and the government policies are the main factors affecting the entry and exit of strategic emerging industries. In view of this, this paper puts forward some suggestions such as perfecting the relevant policies to provide a good external environment for enterprises to enter, giving play to the demonstration effect of state-owned economy, and establishing a fair market competition environment.
