制造业产业升级的影响因素及实证研究

【摘要】:制造业是国家经济增长的基础,是国家工业生产能力的体现,也是国家进行国际贸易、参与国际竞争、增强国家综合竞争力、树立制造业强国的象征。国内制造业参与国际分工后,取得了一定的发展和进步,但随着制造业产业外部环境发生剧烈变化后,国内制造业已不能适应国际制造业产业发展的主流趋势。在面对发达国家制造业不断的完善和进步、东南亚等发展中国家不断地赶超、国内制造业经济下滑、产能过剩、环境污染严重的情况下,研究什么样因素如何影响制造业产业升级,以及探讨关键因素与制造业产业升级之间的作用机理,不仅具有理论上的必要性,而且还具有深远的现实意义。本文对国内外学者的研究成果进行梳理的基础之上,对目前国内制造业的现状、制造业所处的产业环境以及发展过程中存在的问题进行阐述和分析,然后利用主成份分析方法对制造业产业影响因素进行了提炼和归类,认为影响制造业产业升级的因素主要有12个因素,共计四大类,即产业技术创新、企业家精神、关键资源积累以及产业整合,在此基础之上分析并且论证了这些因素与制造业产业升级之间的关系。其中所做的工作和得出的结论主要有:(1)国内制造业的现状和存在问题分析。首先从体系完整、国际地位大幅提升以及从国内走向世界这三方面来论述国内制造业产业的发展现状,并主要运用世界银行数据和中国统计年鉴来作为数据来源;其次,结合实地调研和相关研究资料,采用PEST模型分析方法,从制造业产业政治环境、产业经济环境、产业社会环境和产业技术环境这四方面来论述国内制造业目前所处的产业环境;最后,从研发能力薄弱、产能过剩现象严重,劳动生产率低、成本优势面临压力、高污染与高能耗现象严重、空心化与低端化现象凸显这六方面来阐述国内制造业的存在问题。(2)制造业产业升级的影响因素的作用机理分析及其实证研究。在对国内外学者研究成果的分析的基础之上,并结合实地考察,从产业层面对影响制造业产业升级的因素进行归纳,并加以总结。为了之后更加方便的探讨影响制造业产业升级的关键因素与制造业产业升级的关系,本研究首先采用主成份分析方法提炼制造业产业升级的关键因素。然后对关键因素进行了命名,认为影响制造业产业升级的因素主要包括产业技术创新、企业家精神、关键资源积累以及产业整合。从产业链和价值链理论,并结合资源基础理论、技术创新理论以及竞争优势理论来分析这些因素与制造业产业升级之间的关系以及关键影响因素之间的关系。根据上述分析提出相关研究假设之后,运用结构方程模型分析方法以验证产业技术创新、企业家精神、关键资源积累以及产业整合这四类因素与制造业产业升级之间的关系。实证结果显示企业家精神、关键资源积累以及产业整合正向影响制造业产业升级,其中企业家精神对环境效益的影响作用不显著;产业技术创新在企业家精神、关键资源积累以及产业整合与制造业产业升级之间起中介效应。
[Abstract]:The manufacturing industry is the basis of national economic growth and the embodiment of the national industrial production capacity. It is also the symbol of the country's international trade, participation in international competition, the strengthening of the national competitiveness and the building of a powerful manufacturing country. After the domestic manufacturing industry participates in the international division of labor, it has achieved certain development and progress, but with the external environment of the manufacturing industry. After the dramatic changes, the domestic manufacturing industry has been unable to adapt to the mainstream trend of the development of the international manufacturing industry. In the face of the continuous improvement and progress of the manufacturing industry in the developed countries, the developing countries of Southeast Asia and other developing countries continue to catch up with them. In the case of the domestic manufacturing industry economic decline, overcapacity and severe environmental pollution, what factors affect the manufacture of the manufacturing industry The upgrading of industry industry and the mechanism of the role of the key factors and the upgrading of the manufacturing industry are not only necessary in theory, but also of far-reaching practical significance. On the basis of combing the research results of scholars at home and abroad, the present situation of domestic manufacturing industry, the industrial environment in which the manufacturing industry is located, and the development of the industrial environment and the development of the industry are also discussed. The problems in the process of the exhibition are expounded and analyzed, and then the factors affecting the manufacturing industry are refined and classified by the principal component analysis. There are 12 factors affecting the upgrading of the manufacturing industry. There are four major categories, namely, industrial technology innovation, enterprise spirit, key resource accumulation and industrial integration. On the basis of the analysis and demonstration of the relationship between these factors and the upgrading of manufacturing industry, the main work and conclusions are as follows: (1) the present situation and existing problems of domestic manufacturing industry. First, the domestic manufacturing industry is discussed from the three aspects of the whole system, the substantial promotion of the international status and the moving from the domestic to the world. At the same time, we use the world bank data and the Chinese Statistical Yearbook as the data source. Secondly, the PEST model is used to discuss the domestic manufacturing industry from the four aspects of the manufacturing industry political environment, the industrial and economic environment, the industrial social environment and the industrial technology environment, combining the field investigation and the related research data and the analysis method of the manufacturing industry. In the end, from the weak R & D capacity, the overcapacity phenomenon, the low labor productivity, the cost advantage facing pressure, the high pollution and high energy consumption phenomenon, the six aspects of the hollowing and low end phenomenon highlighted the existing problems in the domestic manufacturing industry. (2) the mechanism analysis of the influencing factors of the industrial upgrading of the manufacturing industry On the basis of the analysis of domestic and foreign scholars' research results, and on the basis of field investigation, the factors that affect the upgrading of manufacturing industry are summarized and summarized. In order to further discuss the relationship between the key factors and the upgrading of manufacturing industry, the relationship between the key factors and the industrial upgrading of manufacturing industry upgrading is more convenient. Firstly, the key factors of manufacturing industry upgrading are extracted by principal component analysis (PCA). Then the key factors are named. The factors that affect industrial upgrading mainly include industrial technology innovation, entrepreneurial spirit, key resource accumulation and industrial integration. The relationship between these factors and the upgrading of manufacturing industry and the relationship between key factors are analyzed by the theory of technological innovation and competitive advantage theory. After the above analysis is put forward, the structural equation model is used to verify the innovation of industrial technology, the spirit of entrepreneurship, the accumulation of key resources and the accumulation of key resources. The relationship between the four factors of industrial integration and the upgrading of manufacturing industry. The empirical results show that the entrepreneurial spirit, the accumulation of key resources and the industrial integration are affecting the upgrading of the manufacturing industry. The entrepreneurial spirit has no significant impact on the environmental benefits; the innovation of industrial technology is in the entrepreneurial spirit, the accumulation of key resources and the industry. Integration plays a mediating role between industrial upgrading and manufacturing industry.
