【摘要】：四川省委十届七次会议上明确,坚持全面创新,着力重点突破,要区域协同创新。推进"一核一带"发展改革,突破行政区划壁垒,实现平台共建、资源共享、政策共用。本文从成德绵汽车产业的大方向出发,讨论研究如何利用"一核一带"的政策,推动区域联动,以促进成德绵汽车产业基地的建设,研究转换成德绵汽车产业的固有模式,促进行业内多元化发展,提高产业盈利能力。
[Abstract]:Sichuan Provincial Party Committee at the 7th meeting, adhere to comprehensive innovation, focus on breakthroughs, regional synergy innovation. We should push forward the development and reform of "one nuclear area", break through the barriers of administrative divisions, and realize platform construction, resource sharing and policy sharing. Starting from the general direction of Chengde Mian automobile industry, this paper discusses how to make use of the policy of "one nuclear zone" to promote regional linkage, so as to promote the construction of Chengdemian automobile industry base, and to study the inherent mode of transforming Cheng de mian automobile industry. Promote diversified development in the industry, improve the profitability of the industry.
