单县无公害蔬菜产业发展对策研究

【摘要】:随着我国经济发展进入新常态,人民生活水平日益提高,人们的健康意识和环境保护意识在逐步增强,同时人们的消费水平也相应提高,消费者们对食品安全的要求在日益增长。但随着三聚氰胺,地沟油,过量使用防腐剂、保鲜剂等问题的不断曝光,我国的食品安全现状令人堪忧。特别是与人们生活息息相关的蔬菜市场,农药过量、残留的问题越来越引起关注,人们渴望能够吃到安全、健康高质量的蔬菜愿望越来越强烈。无公害蔬菜就是蔬菜产品在栽培过程中不被大气、土壤、水质有害物质污染及其产品在加工包装、运输销售过程中不受二次污染。当前,无公害蔬菜发展已成为趋势,它既可以保护农业生态环境、保障食物安全、满足人民不断增长的物质生活需要,保护人体健康,也是提高我国农业经济效益、占领国际农产品市场和农业可持续发展的迫切需要,是中国农业发展的必然趋势。因此,如何发展无公害蔬菜,全面提高蔬菜的质量成为了人们目前比较关注的问题。本文从以单县无公害蔬菜产业的形成与发展历程为研究对象,结合全国及山东省无公害蔬菜发展的进程,从无公害蔬菜质量安全管理的实际运作中,多角度地、全面地进行调查研究。通过分析单县无公害蔬菜质量发展现状,找出单县无公害蔬菜质量安全生产体系中存在的问题,运用SWOT分析法,分析形成这些问题的原因和影响因素,展望单县无公害蔬菜发展前景,借鉴其他省市无公害蔬菜发展的先进经验,提出相应的解决措施和办法,以完善单县无公害蔬菜质量管理体系,切实、有效地提高单县无公害蔬菜的质量安全水平。
[Abstract]:As China's economic development enters the new normal, people's living standards are improving day by day, people's awareness of health and environmental protection is gradually increasing, and the level of people's consumption is also rising accordingly. Consumers are increasingly demanding food safety. However, with the exposure of melamine, gutter oil, excessive use of preservatives and preservatives, the current situation of food safety in China is worrying. Especially in the vegetable market, which is closely related to people's life, the problem of pesticide overdose and residue has attracted more and more attention. The desire of people to eat safely and healthily and high-quality vegetables is becoming more and more intense. Pollution-free vegetables are vegetable products that are not polluted by the atmosphere, soil, water and harmful substances in the process of cultivation, and the products are not subjected to secondary pollution in the process of processing, packaging, transportation and marketing. At present, the development of pollution-free vegetables has become a trend. It can not only protect the agricultural ecological environment, ensure food safety, meet the increasing material needs of the people, protect human health, but also improve the economic benefits of agriculture in China. It is an inevitable trend of China's agricultural development to occupy the international agricultural products market and the sustainable development of agriculture. Therefore, how to develop pollution-free vegetables and improve the quality of vegetables has become a problem that people pay more attention to. In this paper, taking the formation and development of pollution-free vegetable industry in single county as the research object, combining the process of the development of pollution-free vegetables in Shandong Province, and from the practical operation of the quality and safety management of pollution-free vegetables, the paper puts forward a variety of angles. Conduct a comprehensive investigation and study. By analyzing the present situation of the development of pollution-free vegetable quality in single county, the problems existing in the production system of pollution-free vegetable quality and safety in single county are found out, and the causes and influencing factors of these problems are analyzed by using SWOT analysis method. Looking forward to the prospect of the development of pollution-free vegetables in Shanxian County, drawing on the advanced experience of other provinces and cities in the development of pollution-free vegetables, and putting forward corresponding measures and methods to improve the quality management system of pollution-free vegetables in Shanxian County. Improve the quality and safety level of pollution-free vegetables in single county effectively.
