中国西部地区文化产业成长指数评估及对策研究

【摘要】：新常态下科学促进中国西部地区现代文化产业成长壮大、优化升级,这是国家西部大开发战略向纵深统筹挺进及西部各省区市文化发展向繁荣兴盛迈进的题中之义。基于总体系统性、可比操作性和研判务实性,构建了中国西部地区文化产业成长指数评估体系。依托统计部门及文化系统等的最新年度数据,对西部12省区市的文化产业成长指数进行了评估分析,据此提出了对策建议。
[Abstract]:Under the new normal condition, science promotes the growth and upgrading of the modern cultural industry in the western region of China, which is the meaning of the national strategy of developing the western region as a whole and the cultural development of the provinces, regions and cities in the west moving forward to prosperity and prosperity. Based on the overall system, comparable operation and practical research, the index evaluation system of cultural industry growth in western China is constructed. Based on the latest annual data of statistics department and cultural system, the paper evaluates and analyzes the cultural industry growth index of 12 provinces, regions and cities in the west of China, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
