四川省发展对外贸易促进产业结构升级研究

【摘要】：在开放经济中,产业结构的发展阶段会直接影响一个国家或地区的经济水平及实力；同时,对外贸易的规模和结构将反映了一个国家或地区在国际分工中的地位及其产业竞争力。在经济全球化的今天,研究对外贸易对产业结构升级的影响,了解对外贸易促进产业结构升级的作用机制从而推动经济发展是一项重大课题。改革开放以来,四川省经济出现了突飞猛进的发展,对外贸易规模快速扩大、结构也不断优化。但不能忽视的是,无论是产业结构还是对外贸易都存在不少问题。深刻分析出四川省对外贸易及产业结构的发展现状及问题,明确对外贸易对产业结构优化的作用机制,对找到发展四川省对外贸易促进产业结构升级的合理、有效的措施至关重要。本文对对外贸易与产业结构相关理论及文献进行了梳理,深入分析了对外贸易促进产业结构升级的作用机制。着重对改革开放以来,四川省的对外贸易和产业结构发展状况进行了深入分析,并指出其中存在的问题。并在此基础上,分析了四川省对外贸易与产业结构升级的相关性。继而全面分析了四川省发展对外贸易的制约因素及所面临的时代机遇。最后指出,在开放经济下,应进一步扩大对外贸易的规模、优化对外贸易结构并加快科技创新来促进产业结构优化升级。
[Abstract]:In an open economy, the stage of development of the industrial structure will directly affect the economic level and strength of a country or region; at the same time, The scale and structure of foreign trade will reflect the position of a country or region in the international division of labor and its industrial competitiveness. In today's economic globalization, it is an important task to study the influence of foreign trade on the upgrading of industrial structure and to understand the mechanism of foreign trade promoting the upgrading of industrial structure so as to promote economic development. Since the reform and opening up, the economy of Sichuan Province has developed by leaps and bounds, the scale of foreign trade has expanded rapidly, and the structure has been continuously optimized. However, it can not be ignored that there are many problems in both industrial structure and foreign trade. The present situation and problems of Sichuan's foreign trade and industrial structure are deeply analyzed, and the mechanism of foreign trade's action on optimizing industrial structure is clarified, which is reasonable to find out how to develop Sichuan's foreign trade to promote the upgrading of industrial structure. Effective measures are essential. In this paper, the theory and literature of foreign trade and industrial structure are reviewed, and the mechanism of foreign trade promoting industrial structure upgrading is deeply analyzed. This paper analyzes the development of foreign trade and industrial structure in Sichuan Province since the reform and opening up, and points out the existing problems. On this basis, the correlation between foreign trade and industrial structure upgrading in Sichuan Province is analyzed. Then, it analyzes the restricting factors and the opportunity of developing foreign trade in Sichuan province. Finally, it is pointed out that under the open economy, the scale of foreign trade should be further expanded, the structure of foreign trade should be optimized and technological innovation should be accelerated to promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure.
