产业链重构:对京津冀产业协同发展的新思考

【摘要】：正加强跨区域的产业分工协作,是京津冀协同发展的重要内容和关键支撑。中央出台的《京津冀协同发展规划纲要》,特别强调要明确京津冀产业发展定位,合理规划产业布局,理顺产业发展链条,推动产业转移对接,形成区域间产业合理分布和上下游联动机制。从产业链重构的视角,分析产业链的不同环节在地域空间结构和经济组织中进行重新配置和结构重组,对强化京津冀区域产业分工协作,具有重要意义。产业链重构理论的特征及对深化区域产业
[Abstract]:It is an important content and key support for Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei to strengthen the industrial division and cooperation between Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. The Central Committee's outline for coordinated Development between Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei places special emphasis on the need to define the position of the industry in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, to rationally plan the industrial layout, to straighten out the chain of industrial development, and to promote industrial transfer and docking. From the perspective of industrial chain reconstruction, it is of great significance to analyze the reconfiguration and restructuring of different links of industrial chain in regional spatial structure and economic organization, which is of great significance to strengthen the regional industrial division and cooperation between Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.
