“酷日本机构”与中国文化产业的发展

【摘要】:日本是闻名世界的文化产业大国和强国,酷日本战略及其实施是日本政府提振低迷经济的重要举措。2013年11月设立的"酷日本机构"是由日本政府主导的、官民一体的、对包括日本文化产业在内的酷日本产业的海外拓展进行支援的基金公司法人,它的设立是日本政府实施酷日本战略的具体体现。文章从酷日本战略入手,阐述了"酷日本机构"的组织和资金构成以及业务实施情况,分析了"酷日本机构"的特点,最后指出了"酷日本机构"给中国文化产业带来的重要启示。
[Abstract]:Japan is one of the most famous cultural industrial countries and powerful countries in the world. The strategy and implementation of Cool Japan Strategy is an important measure for the Japanese government to boost the depressed economy. The "Cool Japan Organization" set up in November 2013 is led by the Japanese government and integrated with the government and the people. The establishment of fund corporation which supports the overseas development of cool Japanese industry including Japanese cultural industry is the concrete embodiment of the Japanese government's implementation of the strategy of cool Japan. Starting with the strategy of Cool Japan, this paper expounds the organization, fund structure and business implementation of "Cool Japan Organization", and analyses the characteristics of "Cool Japan Organization". Finally, it points out the important enlightenment of cool Japanese institution to Chinese cultural industry.
