产业学院推进产教深度融合的实践探索——以广东轻工职业技术学院为例

【摘要】：以人才需求为导向和以产业为纽带以及围绕区域经济发展特色建立产业学院已成为四川、广东等地深入推进高职教育产教融合的重大战略举措。借鉴成功经验,广东轻工职业技术学院立足轻工行业,面向生活产业,确立了"国内一流、国际知名"建设目标,通过资源整合重点成立与建设了轻化工技术学院、机电技术学院、食品与生物工程学院等10个二级学院,并瞄准世界500强企业下设多个产业学院,有效下放人财事权,促进跨界深度融合,增强了办学活力。
[Abstract]:Taking talent demand as the direction, industry as the link and surrounding the characteristics of regional economic development, the establishment of industrial colleges has become a major strategic measure to promote the integration of industry and education in Sichuan, Guangdong and other places. Using the successful experience for reference, Guangdong Light Industry Vocational and Technical College has established the construction goal of "domestic first-class, international famous", established and constructed light chemical technology institute through the key point of resource integration, based on the light industry, facing the life industry, and set up the construction goal of "domestic first-class, international famous".
