【摘要】：产业结构的演进与经济增长都是经济学中很重要的议题,同时二者也都在现实的经济生活中扮演着极为重要的角色。而对于我国近20年间经济总量的高速增长与产业结构的演变之间的相互关系做出理论与经验分析,对于在“新常态”下我国经济由“求量”转向“求质”、由“求多”转向“求精”、由“起飞”转向均衡平稳而又持久地增长具有重要意义。本文以产业结构的合理化、高级化与经济增长之间的相互关系作为研究标的。利用1996-2014年我国各省份的面板数据,使用计量经济学中的固定效应模型,对这一相互关系进行了研究与分析,在给出了经济理论意义上的解释的同时,也对其现实依据给予了说明。得出的结论如下:第一,从1996年以来,我国一直行进于产业结构向高级化和合理化演进的并行通道之中;第二,上述趋势显著地促进了这一时期我国总体经济的增长;第三,产业结构合理化、高级化程度的提高对经济增长所产生的作用在不同阶段有着不同的表现。当总体经济水平较低时,产业结构合理化与高级化程度的提高将会对经济增长具有更大的影响;而一旦总体经济增长已经达到了很高的速度时,合理化与高级化程度的影响将会较弱;第四,经济增长对产业结构也存在着影响机制。其中经济增长与产业结构的合理化之间存在着良性的循环,但经济增长对产业结构的高级化有负向影响。但这个矛盾是可以解决的,即利用制造业现有的优势,发展第三产业中的生产性服务业,利用充裕的市场需求,既发展第二产业,也同时发展第三产业。以求在增长中实现产业结构的高级化。
[Abstract]:The evolution of industrial structure and economic growth are important issues in economics, and both play an extremely important role in real economic life. The relationship between the rapid growth of economic aggregate and the evolution of industrial structure in recent 20 years is analyzed theoretically and empirically. Under the "new normal", the economy of our country changes from "seeking quantity" to "seeking quality". It is of great significance to change from "more" to "refinement" and from "take-off" to steady and sustained growth. In this paper, the rationalization of industrial structure, the relationship between higher level and economic growth as the research object. Based on the panel data from 1996 to 2014 and the fixed effect model in econometrics, this paper studies and analyses the interrelation, and gives the explanation in the sense of economic theory. It also explains its realistic basis. The conclusions are as follows: first, since 1996, China has been marching in the parallel channel of industrial structure to advanced and rationalized; second, the above trend has significantly promoted the growth of China's overall economy in this period; third, The rationalization of the industrial structure and the improvement of the advanced degree have different effects on the economic growth in different stages. When the overall economic level is low, the rationalization and upgrading of industrial structure will have a greater impact on economic growth, and once the overall economic growth has reached a very high speed, The influence of rationalization and advanced degree will be weak. Fourth, there is an influence mechanism of economic growth on industrial structure. There exists a virtuous circle between the economic growth and the rationalization of industrial structure, but the economic growth has a negative effect on the upgrading of industrial structure. However, this contradiction can be solved, that is, to develop the producer service industry in the tertiary industry by utilizing the existing advantages of the manufacturing industry, and to develop the secondary industry as well as the tertiary industry at the same time by taking advantage of the abundant market demand.
