【摘要】：正历史经验表明,周期性的世界经济危机往往与科技革命和产业变革相继交替出现。本次国际金融危机爆发以来的8年时间里,我们见证了诸多新兴技术从孕育突破到迅速实现产业化发展、引领产业变革的过程,而这一过程与世界各国尤其是主要发达国家顺势而为,积极采取一系列促进科技创新、培育新兴产业发展和重振制造业的政策措施是分不开的。跟踪研究主要国家产业政策动向,对我国完善新时期产业政策体系,抓住新工业革命机遇,重塑产业竞争
[Abstract]:Positive historical experience shows that the periodic world economic crisis often alternates with scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation. In the eight years since the outbreak of this international financial crisis, we have witnessed the process of developing many new technologies from gestation to rapid industrialization, leading to industrial transformation. This process is inseparable from the world, especially the major developed countries, actively adopt a series of policies and measures to promote scientific and technological innovation, foster the development of new industries and revitalize the manufacturing industry. Follow up and study the main national industrial policy trends, perfect the industrial policy system in the new period, seize the opportunity of the new industrial revolution, and reshape the industrial competition
