银行业支持内蒙古产业结构转型升级研究

【摘要】：近年来,内蒙古产业结构呈现出高度化和合理化的趋势,产业种类繁多,产业规模扩大,同样的银行业整体规模也取得了长足的发展。但是,内蒙古地区的产业结构转型升级和银行业的发展仍然存在着一定的问题,如产业结构单一、银行业发展效率低下等。如何使银行业的发展支持内蒙古产业结构转型升级,进而推动内蒙古的经济繁荣昌盛,已经成为一个重要课题。本文首先建立出理论架构,介绍金融发展理论、产业结构理论、银行业发展与产业结构二者之间的作用机理。其次,选取1978-2015年内蒙古银行业的发展指标和产业结构的考察指标,分别对:(1)内蒙古银行业存贷款余额变化情况、银行业机构数量和从业人数发展情况;(2)地区生产总值(GDP)发展、各盟市GDP分布现状、三次产业产值和比重变化、产业结构工业化程度、产值结构与劳动力就业结构等基本情况;(3)在银行业支持内蒙古产业结构转型升级的现状研究方面,对人均贷款、人均存款及人均GDP、金融相关率、存贷比进行了分析描述。选定以上考察指标后,通过图表的形式直观的得出各项指标的变化趋势和特征。再次,进行了实证分析,选取金融相关率(FIR)、存贷比(FER)与产业结构优化率(ISR)分析银行业的发展与内蒙古产业结构转型升级二者之间的关系,运用Eviews7.2分析工具,通过单位根检验和协整检验,验证二者之间的长期协整关系。建立VAR模型、脉冲响应以及方差分解详细分析短期的影响关系。经过长、短期的分析发现:银行业的发展规模对内蒙古产业结构的优化有促进作用,但效果不明显;银行业的运营效率对内蒙古产业结构的优化有制约的作用。最后,通过定性与定量的分析结果提出建议:(1)实行差别化信贷政策,落实供给侧结构性改革;(2)合理布局银行网点,优化实体经济协同发展;(3)提高对外开放程度,把内蒙古打造成中蒙俄的区域金融中心。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the industrial structure of Inner Mongolia shows the trend of high level and rationalization. There are many kinds of industries and the scale of industry expands, and the whole scale of the same banking industry has also made great progress. However, there are still some problems in the transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure and the development of the banking industry in Inner Mongolia, such as the unitary industrial structure and the low efficiency of the development of the banking industry. How to make the development of the banking industry support the industrial structure transformation and upgrade in Inner Mongolia, and then promote the economic prosperity of Inner Mongolia, has become an important subject. This paper first establishes a theoretical framework, introduces the financial development theory, industrial structure theory, banking development and industrial structure between the two mechanisms. Secondly, select the development index and industrial structure of Inner Mongolia banking industry from 1978 to 2015, and analyze the changes of deposit and loan balance in Inner Mongolia banking industry, the number of banking institutions and the number of employees in Inner Mongolia, respectively, and the development of gross domestic product (GDP) in Inner Mongolia from 1978 to 2015. The current situation of GDP distribution, the change of three industrial output value and proportion, the degree of industrialization of industrial structure, the structure of output value and the structure of employment of labor force, etc.) the present situation of banking industry supporting the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure in Inner Mongolia is studied. The average loan, per capita deposit, per capita GDP, financial correlation rate, deposit-loan ratio are analyzed and described. After selecting the above indexes, the change trend and characteristics of each index are obtained intuitively by the form of chart. Thirdly, this paper analyzes the relationship between the development of banking industry and the upgrading of industrial structure in Inner Mongolia by selecting the financial correlation rate (FIRR), deposit-loan ratio (fer) and industrial structure optimization rate (ISR), and using Eviews7.2 analysis tool. Through unit root test and cointegration test, the long-term cointegration relationship between them is verified. VAR model, impulse response and variance decomposition are established to analyze the short-term relationship in detail. After a long and short term analysis, it is found that the development scale of the banking industry promotes the optimization of the industrial structure of Inner Mongolia, but the effect is not obvious, and the operational efficiency of the banking industry has a restriction on the optimization of the industrial structure of Inner Mongolia. Finally, through qualitative and quantitative analysis, the paper puts forward some suggestions: 1) implement differential credit policy, implement supply-side structural reform and rational distribution of bank outlets, optimize the coordinated development of the real economy, and raise the degree of opening to the outside world. Build Inner Mongolia into a regional financial center of China, Mongolia and Russia.
