【摘要】:随着科技的创新与生产效率的提升,电子信息产业产品更新换代与价格跌降变得更快、同行业间竞争更趋白热化以及原材料价格攀升,中国电子信息产业面临前所未有的挑战,电子信息产品经贸企业亦是如此。电子产品交易市场和物流是电子信息产业利润的两大源泉,本文定义兼具专业市场与物流中心两大功能的电子信息产业产品交易中心,其生产与服务功能的有效实现,关键取决于规划与设施布局的合理性,故基于恰当理论与方法的指导,来实现建设规模的合理确定与功能区的优化布局,对缩减物流成本、提高作业效率、加快商品流通、提高交易市场运营管理效率具有重要的现实意义。本文以电子信息产业产品交易中心为研究对象,从交易中心建设规模确定、交通系统规划及功能区布局优化三方面进行研究,实现对交易中心的总体布局。首先对电子信息产业及其产品交易中心进行概念阐述与界定,从交易中心市场定位、商业模式与经营策略、功能区设置三个方面对交易中心进行总体规划分析。然后,针对对交易中心规模确定方法进行详细研究,给出了交易中心规模确定的方法、步骤与计算模型;从功能区布局与内外交通系统间关联分析的角度进行交易中心交通系统的规划与设计。最后,基于前述规划分析与布局类型分析,进一步给出了交易中心功能区布局优化模型构建及其算法设计和求解的思路与流程:交易中心功能区布局优化问题,提出了以物料搬运费用最低、综合关系密切度和土地面积利用率最大为目标,构建基于外部交通控制结构的固定出入口条件下的具有L型主通道的功能区布局多目标优化数学模型,并以GA和爬山算法的混合算法对模型进行求解,同时基于matlab平台对算法进行求解实现,得出交易中心的总体布局方案。
[Abstract]:With the innovation of science and technology and the improvement of production efficiency, the upgrading of electronic information industry products and the decline of prices become faster, competition among the same industries becomes more intense and the prices of raw materials rise. China's electronic and information industry is facing unprecedented challenges. The same is true of electronic and information products. Electronic product trading market and logistics are the two major sources of profit in electronic information industry. This paper defines the electronic information industry product trading center, which has two functions, specialized market and logistics center, and the effective realization of its production and service functions. The key depends on the rationality of planning and facility layout, so based on the guidance of appropriate theory and method, to realize the rational determination of construction scale and the optimized layout of function area, to reduce the cost of logistics, to improve the efficiency of operation, and to speed up the circulation of goods. It is of great practical significance to improve the efficiency of operation and management of trading market. This paper takes the electronic information industry product trading center as the research object, carries on the research from three aspects: the transaction center construction scale determination, the transportation system plan and the function area layout optimization, realizes the overall layout of the transaction center. Firstly, the concept of electronic information industry and its product trading center is expounded and defined, and the overall planning of trading center is analyzed from three aspects: market orientation, business model and management strategy, and function zone setting. Then, according to the detailed study on the method of determining the size of the trading center, the paper gives the method, steps and calculation model of the determination of the size of the trading center. The planning and design of the traffic system of the trading center are carried out from the angle of the correlation analysis between the layout of the function area and the internal and external traffic system. Finally, based on the above planning analysis and layout type analysis, the paper further gives the idea and flow of the optimization model of trade center function area layout and its algorithm design and solution: the trade center function area layout optimization problem, It is put forward that the target is the lowest material handling cost, the maximum comprehensive relation closeness and land area utilization ratio. Based on the external traffic control structure, the multi-objective optimization mathematical model of functional area layout with L-type main channel is constructed under the condition of fixed entrance and exit, and the hybrid algorithm of GA and mountain climbing algorithm is used to solve the model. At the same time, the algorithm is solved based on matlab platform, and the overall layout of the trading center is obtained.
