江门市先进装备制造业发展战略研究

【摘要】：制造业中的先进装备制造业,处于价值链的高端环节,占据着极其重要的战略地位。近年来,江门市装备制造业得到快速发展,且形成了具有先进水平并具有特色的产业集群。该产业为江门市经济发展做出了巨大贡献,在江门经济中扮演者越来越重要的角色。江门市政府对该产业的扶持力度也在持续加强,在江门市“十三五”规划纲要中,明确提出要大力并有重点的发展先进装备制造业等一系列思路和框架。江门市该产业的发展现状怎样,其在经济系统中的地位如何,如何选择主导产业并提出相应的发展对策等等一系列的问题进行研究显得十分必要。本文通过在对相关理论的梳理和总结的基础上,对江门市制造业关联度和中心度进行测算,科学合理的选择主导产业。首先,引入复杂网络的思想,构建制造业的复杂网络;运用投入产出模型分析江门市制造业的产业间的关联情况;对近年来先进装备制造业中各个部门的发展效率进行测量,并进行分区分类。可得出以下内容:1、在制造业系统中,相关产业所处的位置。2、可以了解制造业网络的关联性。发现在制造业中,先进装备制造业处在上游位置,它有着较高的集中度和关联度,为了解该产业在工业经济系统中与其他产业间的关系和现状分析提供了依据。综合以上三个分析可以发现先进装备制造业的主导产业包括通用设备制造业、运输设备制造业、通信设备制造业,此外发挥前向拉动作用的金属制品业也是主导产业的一个重要构成。在上述现状的定量分析基础上,对其外部环境和产业内部进行了更进一步的SWOT分析,了解了江门市该产业发展的内部外部优势和机会以及威胁和挑战等问题。最后,基于发展历程和现状的分析,提出发展目标。并以发展目标-发展路径-发展方向-具体发展对策的路线展开并,从创新驱动、人才引进和培养,运营模式改革以及政府职能驱动等方面提出产业发展的对策和建议。
[Abstract]:The advanced equipment manufacturing industry in the manufacturing industry, which is in the high end of the value chain, occupies an extremely important strategic position. In recent years, the equipment manufacturing industry in Jiangmen has developed rapidly and has formed an industrial cluster with advanced level and characteristic. This industry has made great contributions to the economic development of Jiangmen and played a role in the economy of Jiangmen. The Jiangmen municipal government's support for the industry is also continuing to strengthen. In the "13th Five-Year" planning outline of Jiangmen, a series of ideas and frameworks to develop advanced equipment manufacturing industry should be made clear and focused. What is the status of the industry in Jiangmen and its status in the economic system It is necessary to study a series of problems, such as how to choose the leading industry and put forward the corresponding development countermeasures. On the basis of combing and summarizing the related theories, this paper calculates the relative degree and central degree of the manufacturing industry in Jiangmen and chooses the leading industry scientifically and rationally. First, the idea of complex network is introduced. An input-output model is used to analyze the inter industry relationship between the manufacturing industry in Jiangmen, and the development efficiency of various departments in the advanced equipment manufacturing industry in recent years is measured and classified. The following contents can be obtained: 1, in the manufacturing system, the location of the related industries,.2, can be known to the manufacturing industry. It is found that in the manufacturing industry, the advanced equipment manufacturing industry is in the upstream position. It has a high degree of concentration and degree of relevance. It provides a basis for understanding the relationship and status analysis between the industry and other industries in the industrial economic system. The above three analyses can be used to find the leading industries of the advanced equipment manufacturing industry. The general equipment manufacturing industry, the transportation equipment manufacturing industry, the communication equipment manufacturing industry, and the metal products industry which exerts the forward pulling effect is also an important component of the leading industry. On the basis of the quantitative analysis of the above situation, the SWOT analysis of the external environment and the interior of the industry is carried out, and the development of this industry in Jiangmen is understood. Internal and external advantages and opportunities as well as threats and challenges. Finally, based on the analysis of the development process and current situation, the development goals are put forward, and the development goal - development path - development direction - specific development countermeasures are carried out, and from the aspects of innovation driven, talent introduction and training, the reform of the mode of transportation and the government function drive, and so on.
