江苏产业结构与高校本科专业结构适应性分析

【摘要】：2008年金融危机后,全球技术创新日趋活跃,江苏及时抓住全球技术产业竞争格局变革的机遇,把战略性新兴产业作为经济结构战略性调整的重点方向,聚焦技术前沿、产业高端,坚持统筹推进、创新驱动、政策倾斜、示范引领,开始重抓新兴产业的倍增计划、“十二五”规划推进“十三五”规划和十大产业推进方案的实施,战略性新兴产业的发展呈现出高成长、宽领域、大规模的鲜明特征,正在成为全省经济发展和结构调整的重要引领力量。我国的高等教育事业自高校扩张招生以来得到了空前的发展,为我国社会培养了更多更加富有特色性的专业的人才。至2016年,我国高等院校的招生人数在继续扩张,满足了如今社会上对高等教育事业日渐旺盛的需求,但是从教育上说,已经从从前的高等教育的“精英教育”时代迈向了“大众化教育”的时代。在此背景下,高校毕业生的就业形势也就愈发的严峻。但是究其就业问题的根本,高校专业结构设置与高等教育体制改革的不完善或许才是目前大学生就业严峻问题的根本原因。所以,人才培养的层次、类型、结构如何进一步进行优化改善,是如今的政府部门与高校部门新的关注点,也是未来的新的社会经济发展阶段对高校专业结构的要求,也是本论文内容研究的出发点。本论文主要紧扣住对专业结构与高校本科专业之间的适应性研究这个主题,首先对三次产业进行研究分析,并对高新技术产业进行些许分析,同时对高校本科专业的现状进行分析研究,使用大量的数据图表对产业与专业之间的关系进行仔细分析,其次对产业结构与高校本科专业结构之间变动、趋势特征进行延伸分析,接下来对二者是否互相适应进行论证,从产业结构升级、高校本科专业供给结构这两个影响因素进行更深层次的适应性分析,最后,通过对之前部分的研究分析,对产业结构与高校专业结构提出结论并作出相关建议,期望未来江苏产业发展能更加完善,江苏高校专业结构与产业结构之间联系更加紧密贴合。
[Abstract]:After the 2008 financial crisis, the global technological innovation became more and more active. Jiangsu seize the opportunity of the change of the competition pattern of the global technology industry in time, regard the strategic emerging industry as the key direction of the strategic adjustment of the economic structure, and focus on the technological frontier. At the top end of the industry, they insist on overall planning, innovation-driven, policy tilt, demonstration and guidance, and begin to grasp the doubling plan for emerging industries again, and the 12th Five-Year Plan to promote the implementation of the 13th Five-Year Plan and the Ten Industrial Propulsion plans. The development of strategic emerging industries is characterized by high growth, wide fields and large scale, which is becoming an important leading force in the economic development and structural adjustment of the province. Our country's higher education enterprise has obtained the unprecedented development since the university expands the enrollment, has trained more and more characteristic specialized talented persons for our country society. By 2016, the number of students enrolled in colleges and universities in our country has continued to expand, satisfying the growing demand for higher education in the society today, but in terms of education, It has moved from the "elite education" era of higher education to the "popular education" era. In this context, the employment situation of college graduates is increasingly grim. However, the root of the employment problem is the imperfection of the professional structure and the reform of the higher education system, which may be the root cause of the serious problem of college students' employment at present. Therefore, how to further optimize and improve the level, type and structure of talent training is the new concern of the government departments and university departments, and is also the requirement of the professional structure of colleges and universities in the new stage of social and economic development in the future. It is also the starting point of this thesis. This paper mainly focuses on the theme of adaptability research between specialty structure and undergraduate major. Firstly, the thesis analyzes the three industries, and makes some analysis on the high-tech industry. At the same time, the current situation of undergraduate major in colleges and universities is analyzed, and the relationship between industry and specialty is analyzed carefully by using a large number of data charts, followed by the changes between industrial structure and undergraduate specialty structure in colleges and universities. The trend features of the extension analysis, and then the two to demonstrate whether they adapt to each other, from the industrial structure upgrading, college undergraduate specialty supply structure of these two factors for a deeper level of adaptability analysis, finally, Through the research and analysis of the former part, this paper puts forward the conclusion and relevant suggestions on the industrial structure and the professional structure of colleges and universities, and hopes that the industrial development of Jiangsu will be more perfect in the future, and the relationship between the professional structure and the industrial structure of the colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province will be closer and closer.
