促进生物产业发展的战略思路与建议——以广州为例

【摘要】：在文献综述基础上,对比分析国内外有代表性的生物产业特色园区,从产业规模、产业集群、产业发展环境和产业技术支撑等方面,系统梳理和总结广州市生物产业发展现状;广州生物产业发展面临的挑战和问题有:国内生物产业竞争态势激烈,缺乏对生物产业统筹规划布局,孵化器和公共服务平台建设滞后,科技金融结合不够紧密;促进生物产业发展的对策措施有:完善招商工作,引进研发机构,培育生物产业总部经济,推进孵化器建设,构建公共服务平台,探索科技金融结合之路,开创协同创新模式,拓展中欧区域政策合作,加大对创新创业人才扶持。
[Abstract]:On the basis of literature review, this paper compares and analyzes the representative biological industry characteristic parks at home and abroad, systematically combs and summarizes the current situation of biological industry development in Guangzhou from the aspects of industrial scale, industrial cluster, industrial development environment and industrial technical support. The challenges and problems facing the development of biological industry in Guangzhou are as follows: fierce competition situation of domestic biological industry, lack of overall planning and layout of biological industry, lag of incubator and public service platform construction, insufficient combination of science and technology and finance; The countermeasures to promote the development of biological industry include perfecting the work of attracting investment, introducing R & D institutions, cultivating the economy of biological industry headquarter, promoting the construction of incubator, constructing public service platform, exploring the road of combining science, technology and finance, and creating the mode of collaborative innovation. Expand China-EU regional policy cooperation and increase support for innovative and entrepreneurial talents.
