山西省小杂粮产业现状与发展对策

【摘要】：小杂粮作为传统的粮食作物与现代保健的珍品,具有很高的医疗与食用价值,非常符合现代人绿色、无污染、无公害、营养价值高的饮食需求,因而在国内外消费市场上备受关注。我国作为传统的农业大国,小杂粮一直是农产品出口中的大宗商品,也因此创造了很大的外汇收入。山西省地形气候条件特殊,有着较大的昼夜温差、充足的光照,因而其生产的小杂粮在色泽、口感、品味等方面更有竞争力,被世界誉为“小杂粮王国”。但是由于山西省在市场发展和营销手段等方面的不成熟;名牌企业的规模以及实力远远不足,除此以外,名牌企业的企业机制差,不能很好地发挥带头作用：加工技术落后,产品粗糙；投入方面的不足,产量偏低等原因,造成山西省小杂粮产业化发展受到了制约。文章通过搜集整理了大量相关的文献和资料并进行了实地考察,利用SWOT分析法得出山西省小杂粮产业化发展的优劣势、以及发展机遇和即将面临的挑战,并根据山西省小杂粮产业化开发方面存在的一些问题,提出了切实可靠的建议：从规模及实力方面,提升山西省小杂粮产业化优势；找准发展路线,推进特色作物的发展;小杂粮生产搭配扶贫工作,实现经济和社会效益并行等手段,来推动山西省小杂粮产业化的进一步发展。
[Abstract]:As a treasure of traditional food crops and modern health care, small grains are of high medical and edible value, and are very suitable for the needs of modern people, which are green, pollution-free, and of high nutritional value. As a result, in the domestic and foreign consumer market is concerned. As a traditional agricultural country, small grain has always been a commodity in agricultural products export, which has created a lot of foreign exchange income. Shanxi Province has special topographic and climatic conditions, with large diurnal temperature difference and sufficient light, so the small grain produced by Shanxi Province is more competitive in color, taste, taste and so on, so it is praised as "small grain kingdom" in the world. However, due to the immature market development and marketing means of Shanxi Province, the scale and strength of famous brand enterprises are far from enough, besides, the enterprise mechanism of famous brand enterprises is poor, and they cannot play a leading role well: the processing technology is backward, The product is rough, the input is insufficient, the output is on the low side and so on, causes the Shanxi Province small grain industrialization development to be restricted. By collecting and sorting out a large number of relevant documents and materials and conducting field investigations, the paper draws the conclusion of the advantages and disadvantages of the industrialization development of small grains in Shanxi Province by using SWOT analysis, as well as the development opportunities and the challenges to be faced. According to some problems existing in the industrialization development of minor miscellaneous grain in Shanxi Province, some practical and reliable suggestions are put forward: to promote the industrialization advantage of small miscellaneous grain in Shanxi Province from the aspect of scale and strength, to find out the development route and to promote the development of characteristic crops; In order to promote the further development of small grain industrialization in Shanxi Province, the small grain production is combined with poverty alleviation, and the economic and social benefits are realized simultaneously.
