河北省现代食用菌产业可持续发展问题研究

【摘要】：文章对河北省现代食用菌产业发展概况进行了分析,主要包括栽培技术和栽培面积、产量和产值、品种及生产布局、产业竞争力、产销一体化经营等。指出河北省发展现代食用菌产业的有利条件是:具有明显的区位优势;菌棒原料丰富,能够实现资源循环利用;气候适宜、菌种丰富;产业体系化发展日益健全;物流流通体系日益完善。分别从经济可持续、技术可持续、生态可持续等3个方面分析食用菌产业存在的主要问题,并指出河北省食用菌产业可持续发展的主要研究思路是:强化政府职能,为食用菌产业可持续发展提供有利的环境;支持农户进行合作化经营,强化商品质量管理;加快新技术研发,强化新技术的推广应用;延长产业链,努力提高保鲜加工工艺水平,倡导食用菌产品实行精细化加工;实行清洁生产,保护生态环境。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the development of modern edible fungus industry in Hebei Province, including cultivation technology and cultivation area, yield and output value, variety and production layout, industrial competitiveness, integrated management of production and marketing, etc. It is pointed out that the favorable conditions for developing modern edible fungus industry in Hebei Province are as follows: obvious geographical advantages; abundant raw materials of bacteria rods, which can realize the recycling of resources; Logistics circulation system is improving day by day. This paper analyzes the main problems of edible fungus industry from three aspects of economic sustainability, technological sustainability and ecological sustainability, and points out that the main research ideas of the sustainable development of edible fungus industry in Hebei Province are: strengthening the functions of government. To provide an enabling environment for the sustainable development of the edible fungus industry; to support farmers in cooperative management, to strengthen commodity quality management; to speed up research and development of new technologies, and to enhance the promotion and application of new technologies; and to extend the industrial chain, Efforts to improve the level of fresh-keeping processing technology, promote the delicate processing of edible fungus products, clean production, protection of the ecological environment.
