绍兴市香榧产业发展现状、问题及对策研究
[Abstract]:Torreya grandis is a rare dried fruit with rich nutrition and unique flavor. Shaoxing is the main origin of Torreya grandis in China. In this paper, the development choice of Torreya grandis industry and the adjustment of industrial structure in Shaoxing City are analyzed to analyze the development status of the local Torreya grandis industrial structure, and the problems faced by the development of Torreya grandis industry are analyzed. Some countermeasures for the inheritance and development of Torreya grandis industry are put forward, which are of practical significance for promoting the sustainable development of Torreya grandis industry and increasing farmers' income. The industrial development of Torreya grandis in Shaoxing city is characterized by remarkable industrial characteristics, concentrated production area, high level of traditional production technology, complete industrial system, effective brand construction, and good protection and inheritance to the ancient Torreya grandis group. The protection of ancient Torreya grandis group needs to be further strengthened in Shaoxing City. The cultivation management level is not high, the industrialization level is low, the deep processing progress is slow, and the brand construction is not enough. The new management main body drives the ability to be weak and the development plan lags behind and so on. This paper puts forward the measures to promote the inheritance and development of Torreya grandis industry. First, we should strengthen the protection of the ancient Torreya grandis group in Huijieshan; second, we should promote the deep processing of products, vigorously promote the cross-season preservation of Torreya grandis fruit, utilize the arabinia, extract edible oil, and so on, extend the industrial chain and enhance the added value; The third is to speed up the development of Torreya grandis seedlings, to expand the seedling production in an orderly manner, and to promote the construction of large seedling base; fourth, to develop the leisure tourism of Torreya grandis. To encourage rural collective economic organizations to establish rural tourism cooperatives, or to set up rural tourism enterprises in conjunction with social capital; and fifthly, to speed up the industrial transformation, speed up seedling raising and afforestation, artificially pollinate, protect fruit and increase production, and standardize cultivation, Application and promotion of scientific and technological achievements such as factory seedling raising; sixthly, strengthening product propaganda and marketing, scientifically compiling medium- and long-term plans for the construction of industrial brands of Torreya grandis, promoting the construction of regional agricultural products public brands, and seventh, inheriting Torreya grandis culture, Digging into the history of Torreya grandis development; eighth, strengthening policy support and strengthening financial support; and ninth, developing new types of operators, cultivating Torreya grandis production and marketing cooperatives, and strengthening cooperation with processing enterprises, The cooperative enterprises of peasant households or cooperative enterprises shall be implemented.
