广西战略性新兴产业税源发展状况分析

【摘要】：正经过几年的布局与发展,广西战略性新兴产业取得重要的进展,税收收入因此也有了较快的增长,但受多种因素的影响,广西战略性新兴产业整体发展速度较慢、规模较小、质量不高,产业税源拓展较慢,产业税收贡献度较低。随着供给侧结构性改革不断深入、"三去一补一降"持续推进,广西部分传统支柱行业面临转型升级压力,传统和过剩产业创税能力呈持续下降态势。如何在新旧动能迭代更替的关键时期,科学地运用税收政策工
[Abstract]:After several years of layout and development, Guangxi's strategic emerging industries have made important progress, and the tax revenue has thus increased rapidly. However, under the influence of many factors, Guangxi's strategic emerging industries as a whole are developing slowly and on a smaller scale. The quality is not high, the industry tax source develops slowly, the industry tax contribution degree is low. With the deepening of the supply-side structural reform and the continuous promotion of "three go, one supplement, one drop", some traditional pillar industries in Guangxi are facing the pressure of transformation and upgrading, and the ability of traditional and surplus industries to create taxes has continued to decline. How to use tax Policy scientifically in the key period of iterative replacement of New and Old Kinetic Energy
