珠三角海洋文化产业发展的问题及对策研究

【摘要】：21世纪是属于海洋的世纪,是以海洋发展为主题的全新竞争时代,海洋实力的强大与否,关系到一个沿海国家或地区的发展前景和未来。中国作为一个发展中国家和沿海大国,也及时认识到了发展海洋的重要性,自“十八大”以来,建设“海洋强国”已经成为重要的国家战略。海洋实力的发展和强大,不仅需要海洋经济、科技、军事等硬实力支撑,更需要海洋文化软实力的导向和引领。海洋文化产业作为海洋经济与海洋文化相互融合的产业,是海洋经济的重要组成部分,将成为突破海洋经济发展资源瓶颈的重要战略性支撑产业。珠三角地区地理区位优越,海陆交通便利,是中国最早开始改革开放的地区,经济实力雄厚,创新能力强,素有“南海明珠”之称。同时还是广府文化、古越文化的发源地,悠久的海上贸易历史、频繁的对外交流形成了特色的海洋文化。具备了发展海洋文化产业的基础条件。本研究通过学习基本理论知识,介绍珠三角地区发展海洋文化产业的重要性,着重探讨其在发展过程中所面临的问题及相关对策建议,以推动该地区的海洋经济发展和文化建设。全文共分为六部分:第一部分,绪论。主要阐述了选题背景,研究意义,国内外研究综述,研究内容,研究与方法,研究创新与不足等内容。第二部分,基本概念界定。主要概括了文化产业、社会主义文化观、海洋文化产业、文化产业政策的基本内涵与特征。理清相互作用关系,明确珠三角发展海洋文化产业的重要性。第三部分,现状、存在问题与原因分析。着重从政府层面、市场层面、人才教育层面发现其问题并对问题进行原因分析。第四部分,借鉴国内外发展经验。有选择性的研究当今海洋文化产业发展较好的国家或地区,分析其发展历程、发展模式上的成功经验,为珠三角地区发展海洋文化产业提供借鉴意义。第五部分,提出有利对策建议。针对珠三角海洋文化产业发展所存在的问题,相应的从政府、地区发展模式、政企联合以及人才教育等方面提出对策建议。第六部分,结论与展望。总结全文研究,认识不足之处,阐述今后深入研究的方向。
[Abstract]:The 21st century belongs to the ocean and is a new competitive era with the theme of ocean development. The strength of the ocean is related to the development prospects and the future of a coastal country or region. As a developing country and a big coastal country, China has also realized the importance of developing the ocean in time. Since the 18th National Congress, the construction of "ocean power" has become an important national strategy. The development and strength of marine strength need not only the support of hard power, such as ocean economy, science and technology, military, but also the guidance and guidance of the soft power of marine culture. As an important part of marine economy, marine culture industry will become an important strategic supporting industry to break through the bottleneck of marine economic development. The Pearl River Delta is the first region of China to begin the reform and opening up, with its superior geographical location and convenient transportation by land and sea. It has a strong economic strength and a strong ability of innovation, and it is known as the Pearl River in the South China Sea. At the same time, Guang Fu culture, the birthplace of ancient Yue culture, the long history of maritime trade, frequent foreign exchanges formed the characteristics of marine culture. It has the basic conditions for developing marine culture industry. This study introduces the importance of developing marine cultural industry in the Pearl River Delta region by studying the basic theoretical knowledge, and emphatically discusses the problems it faces in the process of development and the relevant countermeasures and suggestions. In view of the problems existing in the development of marine culture industry in the Pearl River Delta, the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the government, the regional development model, the combination of government and enterprises, and the education of talents and so on.
