临港产业共生系统的形成与演进机制研究

【摘要】：产业共生是共生思想在产业发展领域上的应用和拓展,主要是指不同产业之间进行物质、能量和信息等资源的共享和交换并形成共生体,从而获得共生效益,并最终实现产业共同发展。以重化工业为主要特征的港口区域是产业共生理念的上佳应用平台,作为产业布局理想场所的临港经济区相应成为了推进产业共生理论应用的前沿阵地。首先对临港产业、产业共生等相关概念及特征进行了界定,阐述了临港产业共生的内涵和特性。以荷兰鹿特丹港为例,对临港产业共生的国际经验进行了总结,为我国临港产业共生的发展提供了借鉴。然后分析了临港产业共生的初始条件,从内生机制和外生机制生两方面分析了临港产业共生系统的形成机制,并构建了临港产业共生均衡模型。基于临港产业共生系统的复杂性,分析了临港产业共生系统的演进机制;结合产业生命周期理论,分析了临港产业共生系统在不同阶段的动力机制及变量特征,通过演化博弈模型分析了临港产业共生系统的演化路径。最后在详细梳理河北省临港产业发展现状的基础上,分析了河北省临港产业共生的形成和演进,并针对其不足之处提出了河北省临港产业共生的具体策略。
[Abstract]:Industrial symbiosis is the application and expansion of symbiotic thought in the field of industrial development. It mainly refers to the sharing and exchange of material, energy and information resources among different industries and the formation of symbiotic bodies, so as to obtain symbiotic benefits. And finally realize the common development of industry. The port area with heavy chemical industry as the main characteristic is the best application platform of the industrial symbiosis idea. As the ideal place of industrial layout, the port adjacent economic zone has accordingly become the forward position to promote the application of industrial symbiosis theory. Firstly, it defines the concepts and characteristics of harbor industry and industrial symbiosis, and expounds the connotation and characteristics of harbor industry symbiosis. Taking Rotterdam Port in the Netherlands as an example, the international experience of industrial symbiosis in port is summarized, which provides a reference for the development of industrial symbiosis near port in our country. Then it analyzes the initial conditions of industrial symbiosis in port, analyzes the formation mechanism of industrial symbiotic system in port from the two aspects of endogenous mechanism and exogenous mechanism, and constructs a symbiotic equilibrium model of industrial symbiosis near port. Based on the complexity of the industrial symbiotic system, the evolution mechanism of the industrial symbiotic system is analyzed, and the dynamic mechanism and variable characteristics of the industrial symbiosis system in different stages are analyzed, combined with the theory of industrial life cycle. The evolution path of industrial symbiotic system near port is analyzed by evolutionary game model. Finally, on the basis of combing the present situation of the development of the port industry in Hebei province in detail, this paper analyzes the formation and evolution of the industrial symbiosis near the port in Hebei province, and puts forward the concrete strategy of the industrial symbiosis near the port of Hebei province in view of its shortcomings.
