服务外包产业集群创新能力的量化评价

【摘要】：通过对服务外包产业集群创新能力影响因素的分析,针对基本影响要素定量研究的难点,运用BP神经网络算法构建服务外包产业集群创新能力评价模型。以我国17个城市的服务外包产业集群创新能力评价分析为实证案例,有效说明基于BP神经网络算法的服务外包产业集群创新能力评价模型应用步骤和评价效果,并提出提升服务外包产业集群创新能力的主要路径。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the factors influencing the innovation ability of the service outsourcing industry cluster, the evaluation model of the service outsourcing industry cluster innovation ability is constructed by using BP neural network algorithm, aiming at the difficulty of quantitative research on the basic influencing factors. Taking the evaluation and analysis of innovation ability of service outsourcing industry cluster in 17 cities in China as an empirical case, this paper effectively explains the application steps and evaluation results of service outsourcing industry cluster innovation ability evaluation model based on BP neural network algorithm. And proposes the main path to enhance the innovation ability of service outsourcing industry cluster.
