鞍山电子信息产业集群公共服务平台建设研究

【摘要】：电子信息产业作为国民经济的基础性和支柱性产业,在推动产业结构调整等方面作用显著。而电子信息产业集群化是电子产业发展的必然趋势,可以提高区域经济的综合竞争力。公共服务平台的建设主要是政府为电子信息产业集群提供相关的产品或者服务,以减少这些集群企业的生产成本,并促进创新和研发。本文以鞍山市电子信息产业为研究对象,运用产业集群的相关理论,研究其电子信息产业集群的发展现状,并分析了鞍山市电子信息产业集群及其公共服务平台的发展概况,同时总结出电子信息产业集群公共服务平台所存在的问题及原因。根据本文的分析结果,借鉴国内外电子信息产业集群公共服务平台的典型案例,设计了鞍山市电子信息产业集群公共服务平台组建的总体方案,并明确了鞍山市电子信息产业集群公共服务平台组建的目标、功能、方案以及具体的对策,以促进鞍山市电子信息产业集群内企业的发展,从而带动整个鞍山市的经济发展。通过对鞍山市电子信息产业集群公共服务平台的研究,不仅有助于制定鞍山市电子信息产业公共服务平台建设方案,而且能够为其他城市的电子信息产业集群公共服务平台建设提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:As the basic and pillar industry of national economy, electronic information industry plays an important role in promoting the adjustment of industrial structure. The cluster of electronic information industry is the inevitable trend of the development of electronic industry, which can improve the comprehensive competitiveness of regional economy. The construction of public service platform is mainly to provide related products or services for electronic and information industry clusters, to reduce the production costs of these cluster enterprises, and to promote innovation and R & D. This paper takes the electronic information industry of Anshan city as the research object, applies the relevant theory of the industrial cluster, studies the current situation of the development of the electronic information industry cluster of Anshan city, and analyzes the general situation of the development of the electronic information industry cluster and its public service platform in Anshan city. At the same time, the problems and reasons of the public service platform of electronic information industry cluster are summarized. According to the analysis results of this paper, using the typical cases of public service platform of electronic information industry cluster at home and abroad for reference, this paper designs the overall scheme of setting up the public service platform of electronic information industry cluster in Anshan city. The purpose, function, scheme and specific countermeasures of the public service platform of Anshan electronic information industry cluster are defined in order to promote the development of enterprises in Anshan electronic information industry cluster and to promote the economic development of Anshan city as a whole. Through the research on the public service platform of Anshan electronic information industry cluster, it is not only helpful to establish the construction plan of Anshan electronic information industry public service platform, Moreover, it can provide reference for the construction of public service platform of electronic information industry cluster in other cities.
