中国特色最优产业结构理论——兼对若干产业结构理论的批判

【摘要】：在西方发展经济学、重商主义、重工主义等理论的影响下,中国等发展中国家都在发展工业化、城市化和农业现代化,但在发展的同时也出现了各种经济社会问题。三大产业产值占国民经济总产值比重的大小并不能反映经济体的先进与否。经济发展本身不是某个产业的扩张,而是国民经济"四类"产业在结构上的优化以及可持续发展能力的巩固与提升。是到了纠正西方向我们灌输的各种产业结构理论的时候了。我们应该以马克思主义为指导,充分吸纳国学精髓和前人有关智慧,构建立足于中国实现可持续的国强民富和国泰民安的、具有中国特色的最优产业结构理论。
[Abstract]:Under the influence of the theories of development economics mercantilism and mercantilism in the west China and other developing countries are developing industrialization urbanization and agricultural modernization. The proportion of the output value of the three industries to the gross national economic output value does not reflect the advanced or not of the economy. Economic development itself is not the expansion of an industry, but the optimization of the structure of the "four types" industries of the national economy and the consolidation and promotion of the ability of sustainable development. It is time to correct the various industrial structure theories we have instilled in the west. Under the guidance of Marxism, we should fully absorb the essence of Chinese culture and the wisdom of predecessors, and construct the theory of the optimal industrial structure with Chinese characteristics based on the realization of sustainable national strength, prosperity and stability in China.
