红岛经济区产业集群发展竞争力研究

【摘要】：随着科技水平的进步与发展,高新技术企业逐步增多。高新区成为高新技术企业建立和发展的主要地区。产业集群是地区产业分布的一种重要现象,对于地区的经济发展具有积极意义。本文基于产业集群的相关理论,重点分析红岛经济区产业集群竞争力状况,并提出红岛经济区产业集群的路径以及对策建议。论文首先概括了国内外关于产业集群的研究内容,以及国内外高新区的发展状况,总结了当前对于产业集群研究存在的优势和不足。通过高新区与产业集群相关理论的描述,以及国内外典型高新区产业集群发展模式的总结,为后续的研究提供了经验。随后,论文对红岛经济区产业集群竞争力进行分析,运用DEA以及主成分分析法,得出红岛经济区投入产出效率等,分析红岛经济区存在的问题。研究发现,红岛经济区投入产出非有效,存在投入冗余和产出不足的问题。同时,红岛经济区产业集群竞争力在国家级高新技术开发区排名较后。因此,提出红岛经济区产业集群发展要走人才支撑之路、创新发展之路、龙头带动之路、以及效率拉动之路。
[Abstract]:With the progress and development of science and technology, high-tech enterprises are gradually increasing. High-tech zones have become the main areas for the establishment and development of high-tech enterprises. Industrial cluster is an important phenomenon of regional industrial distribution, which has positive significance for regional economic development. Based on the theory of industrial cluster, this paper analyzes the competitiveness of industrial cluster in Hongdao economic zone, and puts forward the path and countermeasures of industrial cluster in Hongdao economic zone. Firstly, the paper summarizes the research contents of industrial clusters at home and abroad, and the development of high-tech zones at home and abroad, and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the current research on industrial clusters. Through the description of the related theories of high-tech zones and industrial clusters, and the summary of the development models of typical high-tech zones at home and abroad, this paper provides experience for further research. Then, the paper analyzes the competitiveness of industrial clusters in Hongdao Economic Zone, using DEA and principal component analysis, obtains the input-output efficiency of Hongdao Economic Zone, and analyzes the existing problems of Hongdao Economic Zone. It is found that the input and output of Hongdao Economic Zone are not effective, and the problems of input redundancy and output insufficiency exist. At the same time, the red island economic zone industrial cluster competitiveness in the national high-tech development zone ranking lower. Therefore, the paper puts forward that the industrial cluster development of Hongdao Economic Zone should take the path of talent support, innovation and development, leading to drive, and efficiency pulling.
