中部地区城市群和产业集群的时空分异及互动发展研究

【摘要】：城市群和产业集群的发展对于地区经济的发展有着重大意义。当前我国城市化发展逐渐加速,各地城市化步伐也在加速。然而在这一过程中,中部地区城市化进程落后于东部地区,产业集群的发展速度和质量也不甚理想。当前我国处于经济结构调整时期,中部地区需要抓住机遇,整合资源,合理规划城市群和产业集群的互动发展,从而促进经济增长。本文对城市群和产业集群的时空分异和互动发展进行研究。首先对已有的相关文献和基本理论进行了回顾,在整理以往相关研究文献的基础上,对城市群和产业集群的互动发展机制进行了阐述,产业集群主要通过推动城市群内城市建设、提高城市群内部各城市之间联系及促进人口的合理流动来促进城市群的发展,城市群主要通过提供优质生产要素、提供必要的科技和制度创新以及提高相关城建产业集群发展来促进产业集群的发展。然后对城市群和产业集群的空间分异和时间动态规律进行分析。分析了我国中部城市群和产业集群发展现状,用ARCGIS方法分析了中部城市群和产业集群的时间动态规律和空间分异,发现中部地区城市群和产业集群的发展在时间和空间上存在差异,没有完全同步发展。在城市群和产业集群空间分布差异和时间动态规律分析基础上,构建了城市群和产业集群互动发展的面板数据回归模型。通过这一模型,研究了城市群和产业集群互动发展对某一地区经济增长的影响。结果证明,产业集群的发展对地区经济增长影响较大,城市群发展对地区经济增长影响较小,而城市群和产业集群互动发展对地区经济增长促进作用不显著。最后,在以上研究基础上,分别从促进产业集群、城市群以及二者互动发展三个方面提出了一些政策建议:如合理规划产业布局,促进产业集群发展;转变发展模式,促进区域城市群一体化;加强政府宏观调控,促进不同地区产业和城市协调发展等。
[Abstract]:The development of urban agglomeration and industrial cluster is of great significance to the development of regional economy. At present, the development of urbanization in China is gradually accelerating, and the pace of urbanization is also accelerating. However, in this process, the process of urbanization in the central region lags behind the eastern region, and the development speed and quality of industrial clusters are not very good. At present, our country is in the period of economic structure adjustment, the central region needs to seize the opportunity, integrate resources, rationally plan the interactive development of urban agglomeration and industrial cluster, so as to promote economic growth. This paper studies the spatial-temporal differentiation and interactive development of urban agglomeration and industrial clusters. First of all, it reviews the existing relevant literature and basic theory, on the basis of sorting out the previous related research literature, expounds the interactive development mechanism of urban agglomeration and industrial clusters. Industrial cluster promotes the development of urban agglomeration mainly by promoting urban construction within urban agglomeration, enhancing the connection among cities within urban agglomeration and promoting the rational flow of population, and urban agglomeration mainly promotes the development of urban agglomeration by providing high quality factors of production. To promote the development of industrial clusters by providing necessary technological and institutional innovations and improving the development of urban construction industrial clusters. Then the spatial differentiation and time dynamic law of urban agglomeration and industrial cluster are analyzed. This paper analyzes the development status of urban agglomeration and industrial cluster in central China, and analyzes the temporal dynamic law and spatial differentiation of urban agglomeration and industrial cluster in central China by using ARCGIS method. It is found that the development of urban agglomeration and industrial cluster in the central region is different in time and space, and it does not develop synchronously. Based on the analysis of spatial distribution difference and temporal dynamic law of urban agglomeration and industrial cluster, a panel data regression model for the interactive development of urban agglomeration and industrial cluster is constructed. Through this model, the influence of the interaction between urban agglomeration and industrial cluster on the economic growth of a certain region is studied. The results show that the development of industrial clusters has a great impact on regional economic growth, while the development of urban agglomerations has little effect on regional economic growth, while the interactive development of urban agglomerations and industrial clusters has no significant effect on regional economic growth. Finally, on the basis of the above research, some policy suggestions are put forward from three aspects of promoting industrial cluster, urban agglomeration and their interactive development, such as rational planning of industrial layout, promoting the development of industrial cluster, changing the development mode, Promote the integration of regional urban agglomeration, strengthen government macro-control, promote the coordinated development of industries and cities in different regions.
