服务型企业知识员工动态系统的滑模控制方法研究

【摘要】:全球化的社会经济形态将进入知识经济形态模式。服务型企业是知识经济发展的微观基础和重要载体,主要指从事服务业尤其是现代生产型服务业经营活动的企业。服务型企业的经营理念是一切以客户的需求为中心,并能以最快的服务速度和最优的服务质量来满足不同客户个性化的需求。知识员工是指能充分利用专业技术知识和现代技术手段来提高工作效率,而且自身具有较强的学习能力和创新能力的群体。知识员工是服务型企业的核心资源,服务型企业在激烈的市场竞争中保持知识员工的动态稳定具有重要的现实意义和应用价值。滑模控制理论是一种有效的非线性反馈控制策略,算法简单可行,在实际问题中容易实现,在满足匹配条件下对系统内部参数摄动和外部干扰具有完全鲁棒性。服务型企业知识员工保持动态稳定具有重要的研究意义,本文给出了一般形式的服务型知识员工动态系统模型。借助数学和控制理论基础知识,利用滑模控制方法对服务型企业知识员工动态系统进行分析。结合宁波某旅游有限公司知识员工动态系统进行滑模控制设计,使得系统在有限时间内到达稳定的理想状态,缩短了趋近时间,系统不仅具有较强的鲁棒性,同时具有良好的动态品质。 本文的主要创新点如下: (1)给出了服务型企业、知识员工的定义,建立了更为一般的服务型企业知识员工动态系统模型。在已有的知识员工动态系统模型的基础上,根据各类知识员工的不同特点,适当简化模型,将招聘人数和被动离职人数作为控制变量,给出了更为一般的知识员工动态系统模型,这是本文的第一个创新点。 (2)基于滑模控制方法研究服务型企业知识员工动态系统,设计了切换函数,基于趋近律方法和等效控制思想,研究了3类不同情形的滑模控制综合问题,使得系统不仅具有较强的鲁棒性,同时具有良好的动态品质,这是本文的第二个创新点。然后给出一个实例进行仿真与分析,给出了知识员工管理对策,说明了该控制方法的可行性。
[Abstract]:The social and economic form of globalization will enter the mode of knowledge economy. Service-oriented enterprises are the micro basis and important carrier of the development of knowledge economy, which mainly refer to the enterprises engaged in the service industry, especially in the modern production-oriented service industry. The business philosophy of service-oriented enterprises is to focus on the needs of customers, and to meet the individual needs of different customers with the fastest service speed and the best service quality. Knowledge employee is a group that can make full use of professional technical knowledge and modern technical means to improve work efficiency and has strong learning ability and innovation ability. Knowledge employees are the core resources of service enterprises. It is of great practical significance and application value for service enterprises to maintain the dynamic stability of knowledge employees in the fierce market competition. Sliding mode control theory is an effective nonlinear feedback control strategy. The algorithm is simple and feasible. It is easy to be implemented in practical problems and is completely robust to the internal parameter perturbation and external disturbance of the system under matching conditions. It is of great significance to study the dynamic stability of knowledge workers in service enterprises. This paper presents a general model of dynamic system for knowledge workers in service enterprises. Based on the basic knowledge of mathematics and control theory, the dynamic system of knowledge workers in service enterprises is analyzed by using sliding mode control method. Based on the sliding mode control design of a knowledge employee dynamic system of a travel company in Ningbo, the system can reach a stable ideal state in a limited time and shorten the approaching time. The system is not only robust, but also robust. At the same time has good dynamic quality. The main innovations of this paper are as follows: 1) the definition of service enterprise and knowledge employee is given, and a more general dynamic system model of service enterprise knowledge employee is established. On the basis of the existing knowledge employee dynamic system model, according to the different characteristics of all kinds of knowledge staff, the model is simplified appropriately, and the number of recruiters and the number of passive turnover are taken as the control variables. A more general knowledge employee dynamic system model is given, which is the first innovation of this paper. 2) based on the sliding mode control method, the dynamic system of knowledge workers in service enterprises is studied, and the switching function is designed. Based on the approach law method and the equivalent control idea, the synthesis problem of three different kinds of sliding mode control is studied. The system not only has strong robustness, but also has good dynamic quality, which is the second innovation of this paper. Then an example is given for simulation and analysis, and the countermeasures of knowledge employee management are given, and the feasibility of the control method is illustrated.
