基于产业协调发展的哈尔滨第三产业发展研究

【摘要】：第三产业的发展和内部结构的升级本质上要依托于三次产业间的协调发展。受制于工业发展的滞后,哈尔滨市第三产业规模较小、在三次产业中的比重虚高且增长乏力、内部结构不合理等问题较为突出。结合哈尔滨市第三产业面临的发展机遇与挑战,应以构建先进制造服务业、现代农业综合服务体系"两轮驱动"的服务业发展模式为核心,根植于一、二产业对第三产业的内生需求,在产业协调发展的基础上推进哈尔滨市第三产业的可持续发展。
[Abstract]:The development of tertiary industry and the upgrading of internal structure depend on the coordinated development of three industries. Restricted by the lag of industrial development, Harbin's tertiary industry scale is small, the proportion in the three industries is high, the growth is weak, the internal structure is unreasonable and so on. In combination with the development opportunities and challenges facing the tertiary industry in Harbin, it is necessary to take the construction of the advanced manufacturing service industry and the "two-wheel drive" service development model of the modern agricultural comprehensive service system as the core, which is rooted in one. On the basis of the coordinated development of the tertiary industry, the sustainable development of the tertiary industry in Harbin is promoted by the endogenous demand of the second industry.
